Pros:

Foarte curat, totul nou, studio bine echipat, genul de camera in care poti locui si ai toate cele necesare. Magazin bine aprovizionat, cafenea, restaurant la 1 min distanta.

Cons:

Locatia nu este bine pusa pe google maps si este imposibil de gasit. A durat vreo 20 min in care gazda nu raspundea la telefon si nu reuseam sa gasim locatia, dar apoi a raspuns si totul s-a rezolvat. Aerul conditionat sufla direct spre pat si daca nu suporti sa stai in curent de aer, nu il poti folosi.

Pros:

La posizione degli appartamenti Demar è comoda per raggiungere le spiagge più a sud in max 20/30 minuti di auto. Il paese è tranquillo e piccolino, ma offe comunque i servizi necessari come una caffetteria,un supermarket e una taverna ( che abbiamo provato)

Cons:

L'appartamento é di nuova costruzione quindi abbiamo trivati un letto comodo, una cucina ben accessoriata e un bagno senza tenda ma con vetro.Era dotato anche di lavatrice( non scontato) e questo è stato anche il motivo per cui l'abbiamo scelto, peccato però che l'unico stendino in dotazione era molto piccolo e cmq all'esterno non c'era un posto idoneo per stendere i panni.Il nostro appartamento non aveva terrazza e questo è risultato alla fine un po scomodo. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento abbastanza pulito, purtroppo c'erano delle tazzine sporche riposte in cucina, tavolo e sedie che sarebbero potute essere più pulite e copriletto macchiato. Noi abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti e possiamo dire che complessivamente ci siamo trovati bene , ma con maggiore attenzione e cura nei dettagli l'appartamento si presenterebbe ancora meglio.

Pros:

Die Lage mitten im Ort mit Supermarkt und der sehr empfehlenswerten Taverne Stelios. Mehrere Strände sind gut erreichbar.
Es hat uns sehr gefreut, dass wir nach 2 Nächten das Studio für weitere 3 Nächte tauschen durften! Danke dafür!

Cons:

Es gibt im Haus 6 Studios. Nur die beiden oberen haben Balkone. Auf den Fotos ist dies zwar ersichtlich, aber bei der Buchung leider nicht. Es würde Enttäuschungen vermeiden, wenn es eine transparentere Darstellung gäbe.

Το studio που μείναμε εμείς (με τον καναπέ κρεββάτι και το διπλό),ήταν πολύ καθαρό και περιποιημένο.Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, πολύ κοντά και στο σούπερ και σε καφέ.

Cons:

Το κρεββάτι δεν ήταν τόσο άνετο, από την δεξιά πλευρά έγερνε προς τα κάτω πολύ.
Δυστυχώς δεν ευχαριστηθήκαμε τον ύπνο μας όσο θα θέλαμε.
Επίσης ένας ολόσωμος καθρέφτης θα βοηθούσε πολύ.

Grazioso appartamento
Pros:

Appartamento nuovo, funzionale nonostante gli spazi piccoli. Si trova in una piccola cittadina, non c’è molta vita ma a pochi passi dalla struttura ci sono un super market, una taverna e una caffetteria con tutto il necessario. Noi ci siamo stati 8 giorni, girando le varie spiagge e città intorno e ci siamo trovati bene. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Bagno piccolo per soggiorni prolungati, con la doccia senza parete che bagna il resto del bagno. Nell’annuncio è segnata la lavastoviglie ma nel nostro appartamento non c’era. Cose di poco conto comunque, ne vale la pena!

Amazing Studio
Pros:

My partner and I stayed in Demar Studios for 2 nights and had a lovely stay.

From the beginning, Maria was extremely friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond.

The studio itself is quite nice and beautifully decorated. It’s brand new. It was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great.

The owner provided literally everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday, we truly felt at home.

The area is peaceful and quiet and within short driving distance to beautiful beaches.

We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. Just as a small piece of feedback: the directions could be improved, as it took us quite a while to find the apartments.
Also, a full-length mirror in the bedroom would be a great addition for checking outfits.
