Tolle Lage, gerade passend für eine Nacht in Padstow. Gutes kontinentales Frühstück und sehr gute Restaurants in Fussdistanz. Enge Parkplatzverhältnisse (das Auto sollte nicht breiter als 7'-0" [=2,1 m inkl. Seitenspiegel] sein)..

Breakfast amazing. Staff great. Mathew the bar man was fabulous, very attentive and professional.
No toilet roll in room 2 separate occasions in our week stay. The evening menu was very restricted, and nothing really floated our boat to eat. Here for 6 nights, but only eat once.
Location, decor
It was a shame that the staff didn’t know I’d checked in the night before, so when going to breakfast, our name wasn’t on the list. The lady at reception informed the restaurant hostess that no ‘Milne’ had checked in, even though we were standing there. It would be good if late check ins (we arrived 8.15) could still be noted on the breakfast list as expected, tbc.
Spotlessly clean, v tasteful, spacious, amazing breakfast - really really excellent. Great view, easy short walk or steps down into Padstow.

Very small superior room. Im not sure what i paid extra for and the hotel has not explained this to me. All I can ascertain is you get a larger bed. Stains- dirty marks on bed blanket and bed bolsters. Snapped off door hanger with bits half attatched. Very small bathroom in which if you are on the larger size or have poor mobility you're never getting in the bath/shower due to small area in front of the toilet and fixed shower screen. Coffee rim in cup at breakfast.

Been before, will go again
Actually wouldn’t entertain using another accommodation when visiting Padstow .
We had an awkward moment when checking in about breakfast. We booked with booking.comm as “ breakfast included” , but turned out it was only a continental breakfast ( not full cooked)
After many discussions with reception it became clear that if you booked via a laptop “ the continual” could be seen in that format. If you booked by a phone 80% , you can’t see anything about continental only!!!!!!!
Can you check this out as it was a disappointing start to our stay, saved by the hotel customer service giving us complementary full breakfast. This must be affecting all booking.com customers !!!!! It forces us to check each holiday we book, with the hotel direct, to qualify key components of the offer by booking . Com
