Nothing
Close to everything with good views. Good standard of comfort and friendly/professional staff.
A bit pricey in line with Padstow in general. Restaurant menu choice not the best however very good quality food and service.
Staff were amazing
Spotlessly clean and stylish

We were so well looked after from the moment we got there until the moment we left. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
It was all great
The hotel was spotless and welcoming. Location is great for walking into the town. Room was lovely with complimentary gin, even though we did not partake and comfortable bed.
The parking is very tight - if you can get a space ! Very limited for the size of hotel. There is parking nearby in a public car park but you would have to carry bags up steps to get to the hotel and it would be a nightmare in the summer.
Location
Nothing
Location made it easy to walk to harbour and restaurants.
We were upgraded to a suite which was beautiful although the small step into the bathroom cold be a risk in the dark.
Continental breakfast was excellent.
Friendly reception and room cleaning team.
Cooked breakfast was not hot and bacon appeared to have been cooked in advance. Took a time for plates to be cleared between courses.
Thought the hotel was expensive, certainly glad we didn't have to pay £275 per night for our suite. Surprised that a poached egg and rasher of bacon cost £10 extra when the ingredients tasted as if they were from supermarket.
Great location, very clean and comfortable room, excellent staff.
Continental breakfast quite limited, even boiled eggs were extra which is poor for a continental.
Great hotel, great staff. I can honestly say the staff were lovely so polite and so helpful we really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be booking again.
The room was lovely, so clean and well maintained
We met some of the change over staff on the way out, and they were really chatty and made us feel very happy that we had stayed at the hotel.
Overall experience was absolutely cracking.
👍
The rain, haha, not a lot you can do about that.
Friendly staff and excellent food in the restaurant.

For the amount you are paying I would expect cooked breakfast included. Service was very slow to get something gluten free.
