Foi maravilhosa.
Pros:

Gostamos muito da localização, trata-se de um hotel numa zona badalada e bem próximo ao mar.

Cons:

Os procedimentos de entrada e saída podem demorar um pouco. Ainda não encontraram um maneira célere que evite as longas filas.

Hotel Emporio muy buena opción dw hospedaje en Acapulco
Pros:

La comodidad de las camas y en general de la habitación.
Las balinesas de la alberca de adultos.

Cons:

El ruido de la calle en las noches. :(

Excelente en todo sentido
Pros:

Todos los servicios, y comodidades, durante mi estancia todo estuvo funcional, el elevador, el aire acondicionado, el agua caliente.
El personal amable y atento y siempre resolvieron mis dudas, hubo un problema con la chapa de la habitación y pude reportarlo enseguida y en menos de 10 minutos lo resolvieron. Todo excelente y en todo momento sientes que se justifica lo que pagas.
Incluso cuenta con resguardo de equipaje por si tu viaje de regreso es después del check out y quieres ir otro rato a la playa y no estar cargando tu equipaje.

Cons:

Lo único que podría mencionar es que la comida del buffet no siempre sabe rica, pero si tienes adaptabilidad a comer diferentes platillos no vas a tener problema.

Lage direkt am Strand. Toller Blick vom Zimmer auf das Meer (Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht). Reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und ist zu der Straßenseite hin offen. Es ist so extrem laut, dass man denkt die Straße führt direkt durch das Zimmer. Für die Liegen am Strand muss man extra bezahlen. Enttäuschend für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse. Beim Check-out wurden wir dazu noch mit einer Rechnung für den Parkplatz überrascht (200 Pesos pro Tag, ca 10 Euro), was sich bei einer Woche Aufenthalt ordentlich summiert. Auf den kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz wurden wir vorab nicht einmal hingewiesen.

La habitación está muy bien y las albercas están geniales y la ubicación inmejorable y en si el hotel muy bien.

Cons:

El único detalle que no me gustó es que solo te prestan toallas una vez al día, osea que si quieres meterte en la mañana a la alberca y salir a hacer otras actividades y en la noche volverte a meter ya no te vuelven a prestar toallas secas.

Es una experiencia extraordinaria.
Pros:

Me gusta la ubicación todo lo que necesitamos porque todo lo que necesitamos, las piscinas están muy limpias y muy bonitas, la limpieza de la habitación excelente.

Cons:

1. Todo estuvo muy bien, pero siempre hay cosas que se pueden mejorar, por ejemplo en la alberca de adultos bajar un poco el nivel de agua unos 20 cms., 2. Hacer sus bebidas más agradables, la intención es provocar que se nos antoje, porque en los vasos que dan las bebidas están muy simples y no se antojan.

Había gente con bocinas en el área de albercas, cosa que está prohibida, en el bar muchos de los cócteles no estaban disponibles y aún así estaban en el menú, no te dicen si el early check in está disponible antes de tu llegada, tienes que llegar temprano y con suerte si hay habitación disponible antes de tu hora de entrada (3 pm) te la asignan, caso contrario, no. Ten en cuenta que para darte tu auto el día de tu salida el tiempo promedio es de 25 minutos en lo que haces fila y van por el.

Highly recommend Emporio hotel.
Pros:

A very clean hotel, extremely nice staff, breakfast buffet was excelent, good value for the money.

Cons:

The AC in the room broke twice, but after advising the receptionist, they sent a repairman within 10 minutes.
