I love this luxury hotel. The style, the people, it just felt all great!
The staff was beyond wonderful and helpful, a Black was always right outside the door. So many restaurants and bars located within a mile each way. Also loved the Dyson hair dryer, the flat iron, the steamer. The steam room and pool were beautiful and peaceful
The only I wasn’t fond of was was a bit too comfortable, made me want to stay in instead of explore the city lol

Bed and room were big and comfortable and staff was nice. It was clean.
Steam room didnt work. Minibar didnt have many options. I had to ask always for sweetner for my coffee. Nobu room dining was not what i expected order a salad came with no salt and bland.
Probably one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. Photos just don't do it justice. Excellent bathroom, comfy bed, location was excellent if you want a vibrant and exciting area to be in. Minutes from one of the best burgers in the world. Just what we needed

I stayed at the Nobu Hotel Chicago for my 30th birthday, and it was the best decision! They truly go above and beyond. From the moment I stepped out of the car, I was warmly greeted and someone was immediately ready to take our bags. The bellman, Derrick, was incredibly kind and helpful.
We checked in before our room was ready, and when we came back later, our bags were already in the room waiting for us. The night front desk associate, Jack, was also amazing—anything we needed was provided without hesitation. The service made the entire experience feel special and memorable.
Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Beautiful hotel, top notch service. We rented the Nobu Villa and it was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully laid out. Perfect for meeting up with our family for a holiday get-together. Special thanks to Gino and to Iryna for going above and beyond.
