Pros:

The staff was lovely and did everything they could to make our stay great and to feel comfortable. They got me a surprise birthday cake on the morning of my birthday and brought it up to the room. All staff was smiley and welcoming. Code access for the hotel and rooms gives a more secure feel. Couldn’t fault anything about this hotel or the room we stayed in. I would definitely stay at Cosmeen again

Wat een fantastische plek, in een rustig zijstraatje met alles op loopafstand. Restaurants, terrasjes, strand, winkels alles om de hoek. En wat een mooi en schoon en keurig luxe hotel.

Dichtbij het strand /boulevard. Maar ook heerlijk de rust van het hotel. Lekker ontbijtje elke dag wat zelf op de kamer kan worden gebracht. Fantastisch kamer met goede bedden en lekker stort douche.

Pros:

Hotel con un diseño muy bonito y todas las comodidades. Nos tocó una habitación pequeña y un baño extremadamente estrecho en la zona del lavabo y cuando lo comentamos, nos llamaron y nos cambiaron a una habitación enorme y con jacuzzi! Además, los jabones son de Rituals, cosa que me encanta.

Cons:

Al principio el baño y la habitación eran muy pequeños pero luego nos cambiaron y estuvimos encantados.
El desayuno continental está muy bien pero haría preferido buffet para poder elegir lo que me apetecía y poder variar más cada vez.

Where do I begin! The property is maintained to an incredibly high standard. The common areas are spotless, bright and airy, and the rooms are cleaned to perfection. The property is in the perfect location, on a quiet road so you can get ultimate relaxation by the pool, and only a few minutes stroll to the busy strip of Hersonissos if you’re looking for nightlife!
The staff are the real credit to this property, from day one we were so welcomed in by everyone who works here. They should be so proud of themselves as each one of them brings an exceptional standard of care to their work.
From the hardest working chef who made the best food we ate on our holiday, to the amazing staff who always tended to our every need, to the amazing hotel manager Maria, who makes it her duty to speak to every single hotel patron and make sure their stay is going well, the hotel staff truly shine in this hotel. The hotel food was the best we’ve ever had, and the breakfast baskets kept us well fed throughout our stay! We loved that we could have it in our room or by the pool, a lovely touch!
The small boutique style of this hotel makes it the ideal location as you have the luxury of a hotel, without the busy crowds of a larger competitor. We never needed to rush for beds by the pool as there were always some available every single day, true relaxation.
From the day we arrived to the day we left, we received the most amazing service, we were allowed to have our room for slightly longer to fresher up for our flight home, which was so appreciated.
Maria helped us book a taxi to go to the airport, and she stayed on site at the hotel right up until the taxi came, when her shift had ended.
If you’re thinking about staying here, please do.

מלון בוטיק חדש מהמם שפועל כשנתיים,
ממוקם במיקום מרכזי צדדי ושקט על הטיילת של חרסוניסוס ,שבו יש את כל המסעדות , חנויות , בתי הקפה, חופים ומועדונים.
רמת ניקיון גבוהה כל יום מנקים את החדר ומחליפים מגבות
צוות המלון החל ממריה המנהלת, עובדות הבר והמטבח ועד לצוות הניקיון אדיבות ביותר, נעימות, חייכניות שדואגות שהשוהים במלון ירגישו בנח ובכיף בזמן השהייה.
חייבת לציין שהטיסה בחזור הייתה מאוד מוקדמת בבוקר והצוות דאג לנו לקופסאות אוכל שנוכל לקחת איתנו לשדה תעופה שזהו דבר שלא מובן מאליו כלל!! בהחלט רמת שירות גבוהה מהמקובל ויחס אישי מדהים.

Our Penthouse Room with Outdoor Jacuzzi & Sea View was breathtaking. It was spacious, impeccably decorated with a chic, modern Mediterranean style, and offered an incredible view. The amenities were top-tier—a supremely comfortable bed, a luxurious bathroom, and a private jacuzzi, expansive terrace that became our favorite spot for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. Housekeeping was meticulous and prompt, ensuring our room felt fresh and welcoming. The restaurant offered exquisite Greek and international cuisine, with fresh, local ingredients taking center stage. The breakfast was the most lavish spread we have ever seen, featuring everything from traditional pastries to made-to-order specialties and delivered straight to our room at the desired time.
