Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom, ha egy kellemes szép helyre szeretne elmenni
Pros:

A szálloda nagyon szép és kényelmes volt, különféle korosztályokkal voltunk és mindenki megtalálta a kedvére való szórakozást kikapcsolódást.
Nagyon kedves gesztus volt, hogy csokik voltak reggelihez kikészítve, hogy a síelők vihessenek magukkal, illetve az hogy délután a síelés után egy kis süteménnyel/gyümölccsel várták az addigra már kellemesen kifáradt vendégeiket.
Az alkalmazottak pedig fergetegesen kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. Mindenki!

Checkout erst um 12.00 Uhr, das war toll!

Cons:

Leider nur ein Aufguss pro Tag. Durften leider erst ab 15.00 Uhr einchecken.

Povprečno prijetno bivanje z nekaj tehnološkimi pomanjkljivostmi.
Pros:

Vso osebje je bilo zelo prijazno ter so ves čas želeli ugoditi bivanju. Še posebej pri zajtrku in večerji.

Cons:

Motilo me je, da so sobe precej stare ter niso tehnološko posodbljene. Recimo manjka telefon za komunikacijo z recepcijo ter termostat za nastavljanje temperature. Smo bili z dojenčkom in mu je bilo prevroče, ker nismo mogli zmanjšati gretja. Prav tako iz neznanega razloga v času našega bivanje (3 noči), ni bila niti enkrat pospravljena soba, čeprav nismo imeli obešenega znaka ''do not disturb''. Za sveže brisače smo morali zaprositi fizično na recepciji, ker kot omenjeno ni telefona da bi poklicali.

Perfect hotel for relaxing and very pleasant winter holiday
Pros:

Perfect location near to ski loops and central squire of the town. Breakfast was excellent, dinner should be improve, especially seafood meals. Very large room with balcony and nice view on the mountain. The bad was large with good midrace. Toilet excellent with all facilities. Wellness center exceptional with mineral, thermal water. Car parking in garage near to the hotel without additional costs

Cons:

Nothing, everting perfect, probably the best hotel in Bad Kleinkirchheim. I hope will be back next year
