Pros:

Zebtral gelegen, sodass man in der Innenstadt alles erreichen konnte.

Cons:

Toilette zu klein. Es hiess, es gebe Parkplätze, aber es waren keine eigenen Parkplätze vorhanden.

ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und war mitten drin in der Stadt und ganz nah am Bahnhof

Zimmer sehr nett: klein und fein; genau meinen Ansprüchen entsprechend; sehr sehr freundliches Personal an Rezeption und Service. Nett ist die historische Atmosphäre (der alte Aufzug). Toll dass es einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer gab. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt

Cons:

schön wäre eine Leselampe am Bett und Schreibtisch. Aber ich habe nicht danach gefragt - sicher hätte ich eine bekommen.

Excellent accommodation
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room. Tea making facilities and toiletries in the bathroom was a nice touch. Breakfast was good, plenty to eat. Location was superb, very close to all the tram and bus stops.

Very nice hotel in an old-fashioned style and decor, but all interiors are new or renovated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location close to the train station and old town is very convenient.

Très correct dans l’ensemble nous n’avons pas été déçu
Pros:

Idéalement situé, proche de la gare, très propre. Possibilité de parking à proximité. Petit déjeuner très correct avec un beau buffet et des fruits frais

Cons:

L’ascenseur ne desserre pas le dernier étage. Le passage des trams rend l’établissement un peu bruyant si la chambre donne sur l’avenue ce qui était notre cas

Great city break.
Pros:

Room were clean and spacious with high ceilings. Bed was a good size and comfortable. The antique (working) elevator was a fun addition to the overall feel of the hotel. Staff were very nice. Bern offers 2 days free public transport for all overnight guests.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little basic, but the quality / quantity was very good. From the room you could hear the trams in the morning, although many buildings in Bern are next to trams. While we could hear them, it didn't stop us sleeping well.
