Een fantastisch verblijf met een topligging, mooie kamers en supervriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Heel fijn hotel, ideaal gelegen vlak bij de beste restaurants van de stad. Vriendelijk personeel en mooie, verzorgde kamers. Absolute aanrader: het Kahlua restaurant (wel even reserveren), echt de beste plek in de stad met topservice en heel lekker eten.

Cons:

De ramen aan de voorkant houden ’s nachts niet al het lawaai tegen, maar dat hoort er een beetje bij als je een hotel boekt aan de strip van Cherso.

Nice place with excellent service
Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was overall very enjoyable. The hotel offers a wide range of services, including a spa, beach bar, swimming pool, and a wonderful restaurant. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. The 24-hour reception was particularly convenient for our early and late flights.

Cons:

Lack of poolside bar service. Hopefully, this is something they will improve in the future

Great hotel on the beach with nice pool and super staff!
Pros:

Staff was really friendly and helpful and accommodated all extra requests (softer pillows, extra bed sheets etc.). Room was clean, towels changed too often from my point of view. Beds were ok, but we needed softer pillows (depends on what you like). Beach towels provided based on small deposit, very convenient. Own beach with sunbeds for reasonable price. Own pool with really warm water.

Cons:

The toilet was extra high (and I am tall), so that it was really uncomfortable. The shower cabin was leaking water into the rest of the bathroom. Personally I didn't like the cocktails at the bar.

Good place but not in the level of a real 4 star hotel.
Pros:

The people in the hotel were wery kind. It is just next to the beach and you don't have to pay for the sunbeds and umbrellas. For some deposit the hotel gives also beach towels which is very good if you travel by plane and have problems with the luggage weight. The food is really good if you eat a'la carte and pay for it, although a little bit expensive.
Rooms are OK, beds are comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was the same all day and many times I saw flies on the food.
If you choose half pension you might won't be satisfied with the dinner.
The room was very noisy but this was because of the guests. The place is a party place and full of youngsters. They party all night long and when they get back to hotel, they shout and banging the doors.

Bad decision to book a ‘young party crowd’ hotel for family holiday but hotel itself fab and staff lovely

Property was clean and well appointed, quite modern

Cons:

Very small with zero facilities, also just not up to expectation. Our youngest child is 11 and it said no under 12s in the pool (which is tiny and on the road). He also got stuck in the lift which broke down (he was only using it because he was struggling for breath so was going to fetch his inhaler!). Clientele mainly young partying groups, resulting in broken glass bottles by the pool on 2 days (staff were fab and cleaned up the moment I reported it) and shouting throughout the night. One of our 2 suites was right on the road so passers by sat smoking in our balcony (hotel moved us when we asked but that lost us the 2 bedrooms we had so badly needed meaning one of our group had to go and book a separate hotel). So staff fab, it was just the wrong hotel for a family holiday.

Pros:

The breakfast was the only thing that I liked. Nice view and good food.

Cons:

The location is very bad! More than 30 minutes to the city and airport. Very disappointing that the booking.com review says that the location is very good. There is no airport shuttle. The receptionist offered to order a Taxi instead (45€ one way, which is more expensive than calling the taxi by ourselves). The hair dryer didn’t work. The drain in the shower was dirty. There was a very bright exit sign in the room which disturbed the sleep. Expensive restaurant. Very touristy. I have been in many hotels as I travel weekly for the job but this one was far away from good.
