Es un hotel muy cómodo, limpio y que cubrió todas mis necesidades, sin duda volveré nuevamente, los horarios de las albercas son amplios, constantemente le están dando mantenimiento al hotel, muy cómodo.

NO VOLVERÍA NUNCA
Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y amplias, pero lamentablemente el hotel está muy mal administrado, parece que estuviera en decadencia.

Cons:

El servicio a la habitación es INEXISTENTE. El teléfono no servía y nunca lo arreglaron, pese a que en varias ocasiones dijeron que lo harían. Pese a que la habitación tenía cocina, nevera y lavaplatos, no contaba con vajilla, cubierto, ollas, sartenes… NO HABÍA NADA, había que pedirlo en un horario muy estricto. No había flexibilidad para nada, ni siquiera tenían plancha para la ropa y cuando solicitamos toallas y sábanas nuevas (porque las que había estaban sucias y malolientes) dijeron que no era posible sino hasta el día siguiente en el horario establecido por ellos. La habitación estaba ubicada en un edificio viejo, mohoso, con humedad y de mal aspecto. Las recepcionistas nada amables, al contrario, prepotentes y no solucionaron ninguna de nuestras solicitudes. De hecho, ni siquiera había parqueadero a pesar de que lo ofrecen en la información antes de reservar. El aseo muy malo, toallas viejas y tendidos en las camas sucios. NO VOLVERÍA NUNCA.

Muy mala experiencia!!!!
Cons:

No servía ningún elevador, las recepcionistas son déspotas, nunca llegó el personal de las maletas para llevarnos a la habitación, tuvimos que estar buscando, quien entrega y recibe la loza nunca está en su lugar, nos explotó la estufa y no hay extintores llámanos a recepción y tardaron 15 minutos en llegar, realmente está vez fue una muy mala experiencia!!!!

La verdad el trato por parte del personal ecxelente, todo muy bien, me gustó mucho las instalaciones como las albercas.

Cons:

Tienen demasiadas escaleras y para una persona mayor la verdad no se disfruta tanto, no funcionaba su elevador para ir a su alberca de agua salada, la regadera de la habitación no salía muy bien y se encharcaba el agua y olia muy feo a drenaje, de ahí en fuera todo excelente la verdad.
