Nothing to dislike
Restaurant and bar were excellent. Staff extremely helpful before and during stay.

The customer service is outstanding! They really make an effort to look after their customers and it comes from the heart, it's not fake. Nothing is too much to ask. The hotel location is excellent by the seafront but on the hill. The rooms are spacious and cosy and the air freshener in the hotel is wonderful and not over bearing. Coffee and tea drinks are in the lobby and guests have access to them 24hrs a day. The rooftop restaurant is out of this world. The hotel is nearly opposite to hop on and off tourist bus stop
For me it was not a problem but I think for physically disabled people or the elderly with mobility issues it will be difficult to mobilise down to the beach front it's okay going down but coming up will be a problem.

We are repeaters, we always stay at the Alex Monte Castella because it is the best hotel in Pireaus town.
Hotel staff_ everybody, from the receptionists to the staff at the restaurant, are all the kindest people and with a huge smile
Rooms_ every time we stay in a different room type, all are amazing and super clean
Location_ Only 10 minutes from the port and at the same time an amazing view of the Acropolis from the rooftop, where the restaurant & bar are.
We spent only 1 night but all was perfect , service, room, dîner and breakfast
