Pros:

It was very clean and the location is perfect!!! We left a tag so the room can be cleaned and it was done so in a few minutes! Staff is the friendliest and most helpful ever and the place has great views!! Highly reccommend!!

Het appartement was enorm ruim, mooie badkamer, schoon, goede airco

Cons:

Het hotel is ingeklemd tussen twee drukke wegen. Firostefani en Fira zijn op loopafstand maar of via drukke weg zonder voetpad of steil omhoog

Cute apartment near Fira.
Pros:

The apartment hotel is cute, the bed superb comfy, really clean, you have a little balcony with a hanger where you can let dry stuff from the beach/pool.
Nice small pool. It was a lovely detail the basket with coffee and toasts.

Cons:

The don't offer pool towels, for the price this would have be nice. No enough paper roll, had to way my own.

Hosts that make you feel like home
Pros:

Such a lovely kind staff, made us feel like home! The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen corner had everything you might need. We were lucky to not be on the side of the road and had a gorgeous view of the island and sea. The swimming pool was also very pleasant.

Cons:

If your room is on the side of the road, I’d imagine your stay will be a bit less pleasant.

Great staff, but it wasn't clean.

Great staff.
Very close to the main strip in Thira.
The room/apartment size was great.

Cons:

Strong sewage smell from the bathroom, so it was awful coming back to the room in the evening.

I kept finding loose hair all over the room. Even in the towels.
