Great location, average apartment, poor cleaning service.
Pros:

The location of the facility is great - practically the entire city center is accessible on foot or by public transport, which is also just a few minutes' walk away. Lots of space, very good contact with the staff, and the luggage storage is a great feature. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the service in terms of preparing the apartment was terrible. The apartment was simply dirty, as if no one had cleaned the living room. We found remnants of the previous tenants and their party on the floor (photo), and the sofa and armchairs were covered in crumbs. The cosmetics in the bathroom had not been replenished - there was an empty bottle of shower gel hanging in the shower.
The armchairs and sofa in the living room are long past their prime - they are worn out and uncomfortable.

Pros:

Amplitud del apartamento, entrada y salida autómata, las consignas, un puntazo para no cargar con equipaje cuando llegas o te vas. A pesar de estar cerca del tren no se oye nada. Detalles como el agua se agradecen cuando llegas. Nos ha encantado!

Todo ha estado genial, por decir alfo... faltaba un microondas

Pros:

The location was good. 20 minute walk to Centraal Station. Easy to access trams, buses and trains.

Cons:

We had an apartment on the 3rd floor. The stairwell is very tough to get up and down with luggage, even without. Very narrow steps that I wouldn't suggest for some people. Think of a 3 foot wide spiral staircase with very short stair treads. Some what dangerous.

A great place to stay. I highly recommend it.
Pros:

Almost everything was great. Good location with clean and comfortable rooms. Very good property worth the price.

Cons:

The entry systems are fully electronic. I had a very bad experience with similar systems in Finland, so I don’t really trust them. I would have preferred to meet a staff member in person and to have a physical key and door lock.

المكان ممتاز جدا وكل شي فيه كان ممتاز الموقع والفيو والنضافة بس فقط شي واحد اللي بصراحة كان صعب شوية وهو السلم للدور الاول صغير جدا وخطر بالنسبة للاطفال لان درجة انحداره خطرة واذا طاح اي طفل اكيد هيتعرض لاصابة

Confortable y muy cerca de la ciudad
Pros:

La ubicación del piso es excelente. La cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario y nos dejaron cápsulas para hacernos café además de azúcar y algún té. Estaba muy limpio. Muy cerca del apartamento hay un supermercado. Si llegas antes de tiempo o el vuelo sale tarde en la entrada del edificio hay una especie de taquillas que puedes dejar tu equipaje totalmente gratuito.

Cons:

Cada vez que se abre la puerta de la entrada al edificio se crea una corriente de aire y parece que alguien va abrir la puerta del apartamento. Las ventanas de las habitaciones interiores no se pueden abrir por lo que no se puede ventilar bien la casa.

Pros:

its quit big and comfortable in a group of 4 people, outside of the city so very quit and easy to walk to the city centre.

Cons:

the floor was dirty. and they didnt provide any slippers. the location is nice but the Soundproofing was poor. overall the place didnt look very clean.

Konumu, kullanışlı olması, çamaşır makinası ve bulaşık makinası olanakları

Cons:

Bulaşık makinasının sepetleri çok eskimiş paslanmış. Bu şekilde kullanmaktan hiç memnun kalmadım.

Mutfak gereçleri yeterliydi, ancak tabak çatal v.s., kase sayısı bir iki adet daha artırılabilir.
