Kurzer Aufenthalt zum Shoppen
Pros:

Sehr schönes und zweckmäßig gelegenes Hotel. Wer shoppen möchte, kann nicht besser wohnen. Die Florida Mall ist direkt mit dem Hotel verbunden. Das ist ein wirklicher Vorteil, da Pausen möglich sind und keine weiteren Fahrkosten anfallen. Das Hotel hat zudem einen Starbucks, in welchem man ab 6 Uhr morgens Snacks kaufen kann. Es gibtbauch ein separates Restaurant, was bereits zum Frühstück geöffnet hatte, da waren wir jedoch nicht. Auch die Bar ist echt cool, die Gerichte auf der Karte gut. Fitnesscenter und Pool ( beheizt) sind Extras, aber gut zu haben. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Preis ist echt gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt eher oberflächlich, was besonders im Bad deutlich wird. Es gibt im Zimmer auch keine Infomappen etc.

Pros:

Amazing!
Pros:

We stayed for two nights this January. Everything surpassed our expectations. The house keeping services were excellent, and we were pleased with the complementary drinks we received. We would absolutely come back whenever we have the chance to visit Orlando again.

Amazing Hotel; amazing Staff
Pros:

Amazing hotel with fantastic staff. I am staying at numerous hotels and I can honestly say, this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in, in a very long time.
The hotel is very well looked after and clean. The staff are excellent and very welcoming.
William from maintenance was very friendly, quick and efficient, Justine in reception a gem, as well as Lorena and Olexia in Marcelo's restaurant, who made me feel very welcomed and they were very professional and accommodating.
My background was hospitality management, and is refreshing to see a hotel that operates so efficiently. Well done!!

"Great stay next to Florida Mall! 😊 The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the essentials like a fridge and coffee maker. Perfect location for a short trip. The staff are so friendly and helpful too. Couldn't ask for more.
