The only real positives of this hotel are the geographic location and the aesthetics, but unfortunately, much of the design isn’t functional.
The room was decently clean overall, but there were visible stains on the mattress and other surfaces. The shower is surprisingly large, yet the lack of a proper door or splash guard causes water to spill onto the bathroom floor.
The blackout curtains also seem unnecessary because the room has bright electronic lights that remain on and make the room feel like a techno club. During my four-night stay, the sheets were never actually changed, despite the listing stating they would be changed after three nights.
The Wi-Fi was another major issue. It stopped working shortly after I arrived, and although I contacted the host immediately, I didn’t receive a follow-up after being told it would be checked. The Wi-Fi worked well when available, but it was unreliable more than half the time, forcing me to purchase additional cellular data.
I initially tried to justify the stay because I received a last-minute discount, but ultimately, the value for money just isn’t there. The surrounding area also felt rundown and somewhat sketchy, with constant construction nearby. Overall, the hotel looks good in photos, but the functionality, maintenance, service, and overall experience did not live up to expectations.

Location, staff, the room, everything was great!
It's located in a very convenient area, however, the street it is located at is like an abandoned area. It's not a big problem because you will see a nice area within 1 min walk.

We only stayed one night to visit the Acropolis and the location was excellent. Staff were very accommodating and felt secure when leaving luggage to be stored after check out.
We thought it was a two bedroomed apartment with sofa bed in the lounge. It was a one bedroom apartment and mezzanine open level to the lounge so loud snorers disturbed everyone! I may have misread the description when booking.
The hotel is in a great location close to food, shops, and sites . It’s on a side street, so not a lot of outside noise. We arrived around 8 AM so they held our luggage and contacted us about 2 to 3 hours later letting us know the room was ready, which was fantastic. When we arrived back, our luggage had been placed in our room. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. They arranged our airport transfers.

For anyone who wants to stay in a central location close to interesting attractions and amenities, the location is excellent.
The service was rather impersonal and transactional. Interactions were limited to simple questions and answers, with no effort to engage in conversation or offer recommendations about the area.
A very important issue, which was not mentioned anywhere on the hotel's website, on Booking.com, or in any correspondence with the hotel, is that there is a major construction project taking place directly across from the hotel. The buildings are extremely close to each other, so the construction is literally right outside the room windows.
The noise was significant throughout our stay. On Saturday morning, construction noise and hammering started as early as 7:00 AM. At night, there were trucks and construction-related noise until around 11:00 PM. Since the project is still in the very early stages of construction, it is clear that the disruption is likely to continue for quite some time.
The receptionist told us that construction work only takes place between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, but this was not consistent with what we actually experienced.
This was a major drawback for us and had a significant negative impact on our stay. Had we been informed about the construction in advance, we could have made a more informed decision before booking.
