Location is good, staff were fine
Pillows hard, no glass in bathroom, room shabby as seems the case in a few Inverness hotels, breakfast was dried up
Liegt total schön am Fluss Ness.
Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche hatten sehr viel Charme.
Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Fabulous location. Friendly helpful staff. Old building but it was very accessible and also had a lift. Comfortable beds too and a brand new bathroom suite too.
As it was a very old property the floor boards were uneven in places and there was a slight slope in the bathroom. Not a problem in the main. There was no shower - a bath only, which may have been a problem to me if I’d stayed longer due to accessibility.
Location excellant, staff were helpful and friendly
Didb't replenish milk, coffe sachets or toilet rolls, also couldn't use the toiletries in our room as all the dispensers were broken which makes me think the room hadn't really been checked before checking us in
Very good location, good breakfast, nice staff
Couldn’t open the window, a member of staff had to help, then when it rained I couldn't close it. The bed was near the door, the heater near the window . It went off a few times..had to turn the heat dial to get it back on.
Pleasant enough room, TV service was provide by antenna, therefore picture on TV was negligible sporadically
Shower water was lukewarm. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night of which the evacuation outcome did not seem to reflect well on how the staff managed it.
The bar was a comfy space to relax. Restaurant was closed when we were there.
Comfy beds
And areas to relax for our takeaway
The cold shower in the morning, got a discount on one of the rooms, should have been both rooms as across from one another a nd fuse had blown for the boiler.
The fire alarm went, staff only on call, should have staff in building for this event to guide and give better guidance and support
Having to phone the hotel so I could get checked in, smell in the lift and in my room , was to tired to go back down , left first thing in the morning, needs seriously updated
Lovely staff, excellent location
Parking was an issue
Location
Shabby furniture
Great hotel, fire alarm went off early 29/03 all fire safety procedures were followed a testimony to their safety protocols we were let back in after the list of customers was checked and the fire brigade gave the go ahead
Arrived at the hotel our room was not ready but we left our luggage then returned when told to at 16:00. Our room was 317. We proceeded to the room and when we opened the door there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. We opened the window, however it didn’t clear smell totally. It was very cold but the heater was net working properly (no fans) so let out very little heat. There was only one cup for tea/coffee and they knew there was two people from the booking. On rising in the morning there was no hot water in our room to shower or wash. Overall very disappointed. No complaints about the staff at all.
