Can't say anything bad about the room or the hotel the staff our always happy to help and are very friendly, nice view of river Ness for drawing room
Was told that the bar would be open at 3 pm however didn't open until 5 due to no staff not a major issue however hotel could have made more money of I didn't have to go to a different pub
Cleanliness was very good .The entrance to the hotel gives a a very good first impression. Along with the foyer and reception being off to the side is an excellent idea, . Gives the first impression of a professionally. run and friendly hotel
I was only there for the one night and couldn't really fault anything. I have stayed there on numerous occasions , One criticism I could mention although not of great concern is That the double room was two single beds pushed together.
Clean bed
Bed sank in middle, light through from hall up side of door was too bright, towel rail and tap were unsecure, nowhere to put case, breakfast food awful
A very good hotel and location for the price paid. It had all the essentials and, though the breakfast quality was just enough, it was a very good value for money. The staff was very accommodating and professional and, in fairness, we could not have asked for more.
- lack of parking area.
I have stayed at this hotel probally over 40 times, i like the location and the old style decor.
There were new faces working in the hotel, not as friendly as previous staff. The bar man was nice. The room had not been serviced as well as it should of been. used coat hanger with clothing tags on it behind the bathroom door, A lot of dust on the top of the walled tiels in the bathroom and air vent. False eyelashes stuck to the bathroom wall. Very dirty windows (inside), used garter and electric toothbrush behind the cushion on the sofa. We had the Ness suit. I emailed the hotel with no response so emailed head office with no response. All i wanted was someone to say sorry! Great customer service!
Lovely
Nothing
The location is perfect for city centre shops
I could have been a bit more reasonable price wise
Easy to get to. Lovely comfortable bed and room. Very friendly and helpful staff and beautiful decor throughout hotel.
comfortable quiet room
Location
Booked river view room in advance, arrived at 15:00 to be told the room was unavailable due to maintenance. We were instead provided with a room that had a view of the back alley, with no option to upgrade or move.
The hotel has offered an apology but unfortunately thats not enough when the only reason we booked the room was the river view and paid extra for the privilege.
Perfect for a one night stay
The situation of the room
Lovely warm spacious room. Friendly efficient staff.
Close to all facilities in town
Tv not tuned in or able to tune in
room was a nice square shape a bit dated but comfortable
Most hotels in Inverness are old and cold I got an additional heater which was required to heat the room
The beds were comfy, the sheets felt soft and clean, and plenty of space to stretch out. Receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt confident with the direction she gave me as well as the hotel info she passed along
There was a tear on the bed sheet, on the top corner, which was frustrating but I had the bed to myself and slept on the opposite side.
The water pressure was low on the shower, which is understandable on the 3rd floor, but I didn't feel as clean as id like. The bathroom door was also scraping against the floor, making it hard to open and close, which wasn't a great experience as I have physical disabilities.
There were also no outlets next to the bed for a phone charger, I need my phone for my various alarms and reminders early in the morning, but I made do with an outlet by the tv
The rooms were quite nice. The girl working around 10:00 PM was also super supportive. It was amazing.
It was good
