Lovely hotel, clean and very comfortable beds. The staff on the door were fab - friendly, funny and charming.
The pool was full of people playing antisocially loud music
I’d like to compliment the night manager Jonathan on his customer focus and understanding of a difficult situation. We had a very very noisy guest in the room opposite us - he was coughing loudly and consistently and obviously unaware of the disturbance to others.
Jonathan understood our desire to move rooms and didn’t hesitate. Organised a change for us and this meant we had a good night’s sleep. Thank you so much ! Top service.
