Jako bonus byl přístup vedení hotelu k hostům,chodili do prostoru restaurace,zajímali se o naší spokojenost a v případě tohoto hotelu byly výtky minimalni,ale bylo jasné,ze na našem názoru opravdu záleží.Uzasna pani pokojská,většina servírek a především pani Eliška ve wellness,která ma nelehký úkol ztisovat zahraniční hosty,kteří nechtějí pochopit,ze v sauně se hlasitě nekonverzuje,bazén není cirkus a na lehátkach se relaxuje.
Pobyt byl nádherný a těším se na ten další.

Hoop er zo snel mogelijk weer te zijn !
Pros:

Zeer fijn hotel, had fantastische kamer met heerlijk bed, personeel adequaat en uitermate vriendelijk.
Goede, gevarieerde en vooral ook gezonde ‘keuken’, prima ontbijt ook.

Sehr angenehmer, ruhiger Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Vielen Dank an die Hotelmanagerin, die sich jeden Tag in den Austausch mit Ihren Gästen begibt, zuhört und mir persönlich auch sehr geholfen hat. Da ich zu dem Zeitpunkt gesundheitlich etwas angeschlagen war, hat sie für mich einen Transport organisiert.
Der Frühstücksraum ist schön, die Speisen frisch und es geht überhaupt nicht hektisch zu (im Gegensatz zu Ensana Butterfly, in den Frühstück und Abendessen zur Massenabfertigung wird, weil zu wenig Platz für zu viele Gäste).

Cons:

Keine Wasserkocher im Zimmer.

Hotel. Die Lage, die tollen, sauberen Zimmer, das leckere Frühstück und der saubere und einladende Wellnessbereich😃

Pros:

Príjemný hotel.Milý personal ,pomohli aj s parkovaním.Prijemnym prekvapením bol aj kovový a čajový set síce za príplatok ale nič strašné .Welnes malý ale úplne postačujúci. Raňajky najlepšie čo sme doteraz mali.Skvelý výber zo všetkého niečo. Večerný program kúzelník tiež milo prekvapil .A to sme si mysleli že to bude program pre deti ale užili sme si to. Poloha hotela výborná. Všade blízko. Nestihli sme všetko prezrieť. Učíte sa do Mariánských Lazni ešte vrátime aj do tohto hotela.

Cons:

Nič sme nenašli.
