Great place in a beautiful city. Friendly staff and a good location.
Pros:

The room was absolutely amazing. We had an upgraded room with a bathtub and a shower with infrared light, which made the entire hotel stay. It felt like having a private spa all to ourselves. In addition, the breakfast was very good. The little extra here was being able to have a glass of prosecco with breakfast.

Cons:

The room did not have air conditioning, and the TV only had local channels. There was no option to cast.

War echt super schön.
Pros:

Das Personal war Mega freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem ganzen Hotel super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Außerordentliche Frechheit
Cons:

Ich war schon in sehr vielen hotels, aber so eine absolute Frechheit seitens des sogenannten bar ceeper mit deutschen Akzent ist mir noch nie passiert. Ich bin mit meiner Frau an die Bar gegangen um den Tag gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen, am Anfang war alles normal bis er anfing ob ich cerialis (potenzmittel) benötigen würde er hätte welche zum verkaufen , ich verneinte natürlich, das ging dann so weit das er mir 20 Euro anbieten würde wenn ich meine Frau alleine lassen würde, die Krönung war dann das er 3 glasstrohalme nahm und zu unserem Tisch ging und anfing sie zu reinigen mit den Worten langsam und tief ihr wisst schon wie das geht, wir sind aufgestanden haben bezahlt und sind ins Zimmer gegangen. Also Achtung geht nicht mit eurer Begleitung an die Bar sie wird dort vom Bar ceeper mit deutschem Akzent auf Brutalste Weise angemacht. Dieses hotel werde ich nicht mehr betreten.

Hotel muito bom e confortável. Funcionários da receção super prestáveis. A localização é excelente e os quartos são muito espaçosos. Pequeno almoço corresponde às expectativas.

Cons:

O atendimento de alguns funcionários no pequeno almoço deixou a desejar...as mesas não eram devidamente limpas entre clientes.

A temperatura dos quartos é muito alta, principalmente para nós que somos portugueses e não estamos habituados a interiores aquecidos.

Petit déjeuner à revoir, parfait pour le reste.
Pros:

- La gentillesse du personnel avec notamment le fan de Paris qui se reconnaîtra. Merci pour son sourire et sa joie de vivre .
- Le calme de la chambre
- La literie très confortable
- la facilité de déplacement ( métro et tram) très bien situé

Cons:

Déçue par le petit déjeuner au niveau des plats chauds ( œufs et saucisses). Sur 4 matins il n’y a que le premier où tout était à disposition. Idem pour le fromage.
Pas de renouvellement , il faut arriver tôt ( pour nous vers 8h30).

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, huone oli viihtyisä, aamupala riittävän monipuolinen ja kiireetön. Metroasema ja hyviä ruokapaikkija lähellä hotellua.

Cons:

Avaimen jättäminen/ ottaminen vastaanotosta sujui kyllä hyvin, mutta myös sähköinen avain voisi olla hyvä. Avain oli hieman konstikas ovea avattaessa ja lukittaessa. Ilma oli melko kylmä ja ehkä tämän vuoksi huone tuntui välillä jopa liian lämpimältä.
