Świetny hotel o fantastycznym stosunku jakości do ceny - jeden z najlepszych pobytów, jakie miałam.
Pros:

W tej cenie otrzymaliśmy naprawdę wyjątkowy komfort - bardzo czysty i wygodny pokój z niezwykle komfortowym łóżkiem, przepyszne śniadania oraz spokojną, cichą okolicę. Dużym atutem była również przemiła obsługa (w tym personel mówiący po polsku) oraz bardzo sympatyczna pani sprzątająca. Dodatkowym urokiem były konie w pobliżu obiektu.

Cons:

Trudno znaleźć realne minusy - przy tym standardzie i cenie pobyt spełnił wszystkie oczekiwania.

During our stay in Room 127 on Feb 21, 2026, we encountered live bed bugs and my child was bitten. Most shockingly, hotel staff admitted they "encounter bed bug problems every year," confirming a systemic hygiene failure, not an "isolated incident" as they claimed.
While the hotel performed emergency pest control and refunded that night's stay, they promised to reimburse our professional cleaning costs for affected belongings. As of today (April 14, 2026), we have received no compensation, nearly two months later. This delay and disregard for their commitment is unacceptable.
Furthermore, the hotel facilities are outdated​ and poorly maintained, offering poor value for money.
Summary & Warning:
Recurring Hygiene Risk: Staff confirmed bed bugs are an annual issue.
Broken Promises: Failed to honor compensation commitments.
Poor Value: Outdated facilities do not justify the price or the risk.
We strongly advise against choosing this hotel, especially for families.

Staff were super friendly. Good size rooms, loved the big windows. Bathroom was good too.

Cons:

No fridge, and yes, although it's mostly cold through the year, it's outside the room, the rooms are usually pretty warm. Beds not very comfortable but not bad either.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel. Pokoje czyste, duży plus za możliwość wyjścia z pokoju bezpośrednio do „ogrodu”. Dostępny zestaw kosmetyków. Suszarka do włosów dobrej jakości - doceniam jako posiadaczka długich i gęstych włosów. Pyszne śniadanie w formie bufetu. Obsługa bez problemu napełniła nam termosy gorącą wodą.

Cons:

Podwójne łóżko złączone z dwóch pojedynczych. Nie było by problemu gdyby nie fakt, że się rozsuwały.

Jacuzzi a 2 pasos de la habitación
Pros:

Teníamos una puerta que conectaba directa a la zona donde estaba el jacuzzi que es gratuito. Nos bañamos en plena tormenta de nieve y fue increíble aunque el agua estaba demasiado caliente.
