I thought the breakfast was quite meagre. I would have liked to choose both porridge and toast. Breakfast was too small
We had cocktails in the balcony bar- couldn't taste any alcohol although cost £10 each!
The room.was lovely
Nothing
Location
All good
The staff & the location
The room was like a standard room & not a superior room
Reasonable location with a short walk to the high streets and restaurants etc. Comfortable and spacious.
Parking is limited so they charge extra £20 for overnight stay but there is local parking a short walk for less than half price. Some information could have been handy in the room, such as how and what network to connect to wifi and breakfast information
Great location and clean
Couldn’t open windows
No ice machine
No room service
Breakfast wasn’t nice
Location & rooms were big
Our room smelt like sewage & breakfast portions were small
Location is spot on ,with great views.
The pillows ,
The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy. Lunch was delicious (ham croquettes, creamed spinach, duck salad)
I'd have a like a bath tub
Location of Hotel to the City. Room was clean. Bathroom and room were very spacious. Reasonable view.
Bed was absolutely awful. So soft that it felt lumpy. Pillows were fluffy then lay your head, they were as flat as the pillowcase despite trying to use three! Bathroom shower screen has a lot of mould. Desk was propped up. Hardly any plugs. Do not use usb charging points as they drain your mobiles, not charge. Lack of parking underneath Hotel: it does say limited but there were other, presumably offices, areas empty! Not a welcoming feeling to be shunted to 'park anywhere else in the City'. When deaparting, the guy on Reception aaked how our stay was so I said awful and he sniggered then grunted!
Clean, pleasant room.
spacious clean rooms, ideal location for accessing restaurants and bars nearby
slight negative was the continental breakfast options but the quality was very good
