Great location
Pros:

Really easy booking and on arrival easy to check in and receive entry to my room. Room was overall clean and had sufficient/basic facilities but no access to hot drinks. Location was excellent and very close to tourist attractions.

Cons:

Lack of kettle and hot drinks in own room and required walking to The Orangery and staying there or taking back to room.

Cons:

al mio arrivo mi hanno comunicato che l'ultimo giorno, domenica, avrei dovuto cambiare camera, con un'altra posta al piano inferiore, perchè il giorno dopo, lunedì, dovevano cominciare dei lavori di rifacimento. Onestamente non ho capito la necessità di tale modifica nella sistemazione, considerato che il giorno dopo avrei liberato la camera di prima mattina, dovendo recarmi presto alla stazione, ed avendo gli addetti tutta la giornata a disposizione per eseguire i lavori.
Peraltro la nuova camera assegnatami non aveva il riscaldamento funzionante con il risultato che ho passato l'intera notte al freddo.

Relaxing, a very nice place to stay.
Pros:

Perfect location and very calm atmosphere. Classy and tidy but not overly luxurious, and that suits me fine. No minibar but nice coffee, no gym (as far as I know) but a cosy orangerie. Very much recommended for a relaxing break. Nice breakfast too.

Cons:

I think the coffemachine at breakfast might need a pot of normal filter coffe at the side, because it is slow and not easy to persuade... And coffe in the morning is soooo important!

Acogedor y cómodo
Pros:

Muy cómodo, perchero, armario, sillas y mesas donde dejar y colgar tus enseres. Hacen que el espacio sea acogedor y cómodo. Cama cómoda, temperatura perfecta. Desayuno correcto y ubicación inmejorable

Fantastic Hotel - Great Location
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean. We loved visiting the Orangery for a little hot drink to wrap our hands round when we went to sit in the outdoor area (which was also very pretty and private). The staff are very friendly and helpful, always able to offer advise and personal recommendations - which, again, were so on point! I liked that I was given the WiFi details as well as some tourist info when I was checking in, no issues at all with connection either which is always a bonus. The location was perfect.. less than 5 minute walk to the main square, like, literally out the door and turn the corner and you're there. But, still, a very quiet and private street. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back.
The only pic I have is of the private courtyard, where we spent a lot of our downtime.

Cons:

Nothing. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Un charmant hôtel dans une rue calme de la vieille ville
Pros:

- la situation géographique au centre de la vieille ville (tout est faisable à pied)
- l'amabilité du personnel
- la salle de bains est moderne
- le confort du matelas
- la chambre était grande
- le calme de la chambre
- la salle de l'orangerie avec cafés/chocolats/thés en libre-service
- Bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

- Nous avons eu une chambre twin (au lieu d'une double), les 2 lits étaient collés mais le cadre du lit faisait une séparation.
- La moquette qui était fatalement tachée par endroits (préférence pour le parquet plus hygiénique)
- La TV était assez petite dans notre chambre
- Cela n'a pas été gênant pour nous, mais il faut savoir que les chambres situées au dernier étage ne sont pas desservies par l'ascenseur.
