Please note that for reservations for over 10 rooms, different policies will apply.

Please note that for reservations with half board included, guests should have their booking confirmation at the check-in in order to collect restaurant vouchers.

Extra beds and cots are available on request in Junior Suites only. Their availability must be confirmed by the hotel.

Payments made in PLN are calculated according to the daily fixed hotel's exchange rate applicable on the day of departure. Cash payments can also be made in EUR.

Late check-out until 18:00 – EUR 20

Guest requiring a VAT invoice should provide the necessary details. If not, the invoice will be issued using the details of the person booking the apartments.

The guests' credit card must be valid for the entire stay. Guests are required to show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. In case the card was not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded.

Please note: If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.

The pool is closed on Tuesday from 11:00 to 13:00.

The sauna is closed on Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00.

Due to renovation work from 07.01.2026 to 14.01.2026 the swimming pool and jacuzzi will be closed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with.

Варто зупинитися, але треба враховувати, що засоби гігієни варто мати з собою
Pros:

Зручне розташування, чисто, приємний і ввічливий персонал, гарний ресторан і смачні страви.

Cons:

В номері немає жодної пляшки питної води, немає тапочок, немає засобів гігієни (зубна щітка/паста/тощо)
Щоправда-шапочка для душу була :)

I tak wrócę:)
Pros:

Mam jakieś mieszane uczucia co do pobuty.
Hotel w którym byłam pierwszy raz jakieś kilka lat temh, a kiedy jestem w Krakowie to lubiłam do niego wracać.
Personel super. Mimo oferty z prysznicem lub wanna, był problem z przydziałem nam pokoju z prysznicem, ale się udało. Za co dziękuję. Jednak pokój od strony ulicy nie wyciszony, słychać było wszystko. Ściana się trzęsła (bo ktos obok zamknal drzwi ?) Pokój oczywiście przestronny, dobrze urządzony. Jednak brak jest wody butelkowej, która miała być w pokoju i byla w ofercie... Ok na korytarzu Brita, której elementy nie wiem czy były czyste (pełno białego nalotu). W pokoju brak szklanek. Miało być ogrzewanie, jednak kaloryfer w łazience nie działa, byl zimny. W pokoju w sumie oświetlenie to tylko lampka nocna i oświetlenie w ramach lozka. Dziwne. Najgorsze to na co zawsze mam nadzieję, że się znieni: ZIMNA WODA W BASENIE, bardzo ciężko do niego wejść oraz nawet pomimo ruchu dłużej wytrzymać. Śniadanie super jak zawsze oraz kacik dla dzieci. Suszarka do włosów to tylko bardzo gorące powietrze.

Cons:

Wygłuszenie pokoju, brak butelkowej wody w pokoju, czystość pilota (na co jestem bardzo wrazliwa), brak oświetlenie w części sypialnianej pokoju(tylko lampka nocna), bardzo zimna woda w basenie (chociaż widok super).

Már többször is jártunk itt, nagyon szeretjük a szállodát. Itt van a legjobb reggeli egész európában.
