Pros:

The location is excellent to see the caldera of Santorini. You can see Skaros Castle right in front. The hostess is Vera and she is a God-sent. She coordinated our transfers to the airport, the sail boat ride and was extremely helpful answering all of our questions, and making great recommendations. She made sure that we were happy and she was very accommodating with any of our needs. I plan to visit again to the same hotel based on her high level customer service. Thank you Vera, you made the place our best vacation yet.

beautiful place but needs a general cleaning and some fixes!
Pros:

The location is absolutely amazing , the views are so nice! unforgettable. Alsow the property itself was amazing for its design, arhitecture and pool.

Cons:

the maintenance was absolutely horrible! the whole outside aerea was not cleand in some parts for years! the outside chairs were horribe! the terrace was disgustingly dirty ! there are broken things that need fixing - like the bathroom sink- water keeps coming from beneath! the pictures i think were made at the inauguration of the place since everything ouside is dirty , broken and old.

Pros:

The accommodation is wonderful, very comfortable and with incredible views. They offer three delicious breakfast options, but I would especially like to highlight Vera, a very sweet and attentive person. She answered all our questions and made our stay here magical. We are very grateful to her. We also want to mention Giannis for helping us with our luggage and the young man who brings breakfast; everyone was very attentive and kind.

Lovely accommodation with amazing views and helpful staff highly recommend
Pros:

Location for sunset views is very good overlooking Skaros Rock. Short walk to Skaros Rock and nice and quiet compared to Oia and Fira. Pleasant walk to Fira. We were upgraded to Poet’s House with private plunge pool and outdoor area. Staff are friendly and helpful and gave us late check out. They also arranged for the porter to transfer our luggage to and from our room. There was a mix up about breakfast being included or not in our booking but they very kindly arranged to have it included

We booked 2 rooms for us and the kids - they sent a message the afternoon of our arrival when we were already on the plane that the rooms were far away - when we protested said was our problem we should have made sure, rooms were musty and not clean the sink leaked so water on floor and rust in several places. Path to get to the rooms were bad dirty and dangerous - other properties in this area were very nice - feel cheated

Location is fantastic, but be wary of cold indoor pool and cold staff.
Pros:

Location is spectacular. Really the only good thing going for this hotel.

Cons:

Service was lacking with bare minimum hospitality. We paid a premium for the room with an indoor pool, however the pool was cold and unusable. We notified the staff and nothing was done for over 24 hrs and the pool temperature was never rectified during our stay.

Não gostamos de nada, tínhamos um sonho de estar no Sophia "Luxury" Suits para comemoração do nosso aniversário de 10 anos de casamento, uma vez que ficamos lá na nossa lua de mel. Experiência péssima.

Cons:

Quarto sujo, piso com cabelos, banheiro com cabelos pelo chão, poltrona com poeira e teias de aranha. Quando fui abrir o refrigerador, para ver se tinha ao menos uma água, para minha surpresa tinha resto de comida dentro da geladeira. Os vidros que davam vista, para a Caldeira, estavam todos sujos. E para piorar, os lençóis estavam sujos com machas. Tudo documentado com foto. Chamamos a recepção para verem, e constataram tudo. Pedi para fazer um upgrade (mesmo que tivesse que pagar), mas não tinha opção. Assim então pedi o cancelamento da reserva, gastamos mais de R$ 13.000 reais na hospedagem decepcionante. Então na mesma hora reservamos o Tholos, por R$ 10.000,00 na suíte com hidro na sacada e uma vista maravilhosa. Agora só espero, que tenha o reembolso por parte do Sophia, uma vez que o cancelamento da reserva após reclamação foi feita por eles.

La communication était laborieuse avec les gérants, les petits déjeuners arrivaient tout le temps incomplets, le logement n'a pas été adapté au nombre de personne que nous étions, connexion wifi instable
