Pros:

Nagyon kedves személyzet,mindenben segített. Gyönyörű tiszta hotel.

Cons:

Felnőtt hotel elvileg,de két 10 év körüli, kisebb gyerek is volt a medencénél. Folyton ugráltak,napozóágyról csúszdáztak a vízben. A reggeli nagyon finom volt,de hideg minden. Javasolnám melegítő tálakba kitenni. Tej csak 2 normál volt. Nem volt növényi vagy laktózmentes. Ettől függetlenül megvoltunk elégedve az ételekkel.

Pros:

The adults-only part of the hotel is very secluded and quiet. It's nice that the rooms have their own terrace and pool. The staff is wonderful—everyone is very friendly, attentive, and willing to help with any questions.

Cons:

Just a couple of minor comments: I think it would be nice to have a place on the terraces to dry swimsuits and towels, and I really missed having a “Do Not Clean My Room” sign!

Santorini mai più: perdete ogni speranza o voi che atterrate.
Pros:

La posizione è nel sud dell'isola e quindi vicina alle spiaggie più belle. Piscina dell'appartamento ancorche piccola

Cons:

L'albero in generale: NON è un 5 stelle. Mi meraviglio di chi gli ha assegnato un punteggio del genere.
Troppa gente: difficile trovare una sdraio libera in piscina.
Colazione: Vergognosa. Code lunghe per prendere il caffè o altri alimenti. Finisce alle 11:00 ma dalle 10:30 non portano il cibo finito. Richieste come un caffè freddo a pagamento esagerato
Ospiti nell'albergo non turisti da 5 stelle; camere svendute a prezzi bassi per riempire con un turismo di basso livello
SPA a pagamento nonostante l'elevato prezzo pagato per la stanza

Haben uns sehr erholt, wer Action und Trubel mag wäre hier verkehrt
Pros:

Hotel an sich sehr ruhig, ideal zum entspannen , und ein Zimmer mit eigenen Pool zu haben war natürlich das Highlight

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit zum Wäschetrocknen am Balkon/ Terrasse

Perfecte
Pros:

Vam agafar habitació amb piscina i anàvem amb 2 adolescents. Teniem una habitació per cada un. Vam tenir un problema amb el lloguer de cotxes a l’aeroport amb thrifty i la recepció de l’hotel ens va ajudar i informar en tot moment

Albergo bello ed accogliente. Colazione continentale molto completa, per chi piace. Stanze ampie, pulizia impeccabile. L
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta e l’hotel è piccolino quindi non si ha mai la sensazione e di affollamento

Cons:

Le yacuzi di alcune stanze sono davvero piccoline forse avrebbe fatto meglio a risparmiare acqua offrendo uno spazio esterno alla stanza più curato.

Cons:

There were obvious problems with the design of the new released wing. Drains causing serious noise issues during nighttime. When addressed attempts were made to adjust but to no avail. I would suggest the team tries to sleep in a room to understand the issues here.

The rooms, pool and location were excellent. We had the pool on the terrace which was brilliant and big and had double floor room which suited our family.

Cons:

The breakfast was very poor for a 5 star hotel. The food was not hot (poor hot plates), pastries dry and just more effort really with fruit options and other ti make this reflect the rest of the hotel.
