Best trip ever no noise it was perfect
Pros:

Everyone was so nice and even when I was in need for a microwave, they made sure they accommodated me

Pros:

There was a loading zone in front. Room very small but very cozy. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

Bear in mind that the parking lot is a block and a half away down a narrow obscure street. I did not mind but some traveler might feel unsafe. Also, Booking.com stated under Amenities: "Good Breakfast" but in fact, breakfast was NOT included. Misleading or totally wrong, I don't know, but I had to pay $20 for breakfast that I had not expected.

Great experience
Pros:

I found this hotel older but kept up. I liked going back in time and found it all quite special. Reasonable price for the area. Enjoyed the restaurant experience attached.

Gerat people!
Pros:

The location was excellent, but what made my stay truly special was the incredible kindness of the hotel staff. They responded to all of my requests promptly and always greeted me with warm smiles. Their genuine hospitality made me feel so welcome throughout my stay. I was truly happy to have such a wonderful experience in the United States. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

Location was excellent. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Not designer but very comfortable. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Had room service from the Elephant and Castle which was tasty and well priced

Pros:

I stay here when I am in Chicago, 4 or 5 times a year. Clean, great location in the Loop, near theaters, restaurants. Friendly staff. Priced right. I recommend it......
