Emplacement central pour tout visiter facilement.
Checkin facile
Peut être de la chance mais la chambre au 12eme étage avait la vue dégagée sur la city et la sculpture de Calder

Convenient and high quality stay in the heart of Chicago
Pros:

Superior Queen Room was much larger than expected. It had a small kitchen area with a coffee machine, a fridge, and a sink (not present on the room specifics at the time of booking), plus a large desk and a soft chair. It also had a small room with helpful items such as ironing board and a support to set the luggage on when opening it. Staff was very cordial and helpful. Overall, great stay!

Cons:

TV was slow and had a hard time connecting it to a streaming service. The building shows its age, but it is well maintained.

I choose this hotel and don't "shop around" because of its location, security, and quality.
Pros:

The staff were helpful and courteous, although you don't need them much because the facilities are easy to use. The woman who checked me in was very good, and I have checked in with her before: She was courteous, patient, and professional. It's very helpful to have the Elephant and Castle connected with the hotel. Elevator security is good with the key swipe before going up to your room.

Buena opción para conocer Chicago
Pros:

Habitación muy grande con todo lo necesario. Me gustó que hubiera cafetera y café y plancha con su tabla de planchar. Buena ubicación.

Cons:

No le pongo ninguna pega. Estuvo todo bien.

This place was perfectly located near the train station. Beautiful old building with great rooms, free laundry with soap and great guest services.

Cleanliness of the room.
When I arrived personnel proposed me the room with broken door lock. After I complained they gave me another room where repairing was in progress (how personnel don’t know which room is under repair or which room has broken door lock).
After I complained again they told me that they are full and no free rooms for me (although, I did booking a couple of months ahead).
Yes, at the and I was upgraded but still cleanliness of that room was poor.
