MILD DISASTER AND CATACLYSM
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious, omelettes and eggs are cooked on your face which is great. The hotel has a huge courtyard by the lake, which is great if you have small children to play in the snow. The lobby is nice, big, the rooms are clean, the ladies who clean them make sure to do it while you are at breakfast. The playroom is beautiful, big, there is something for everyone. The receptionists are smiling, friendly and hospitable.

Cons:

Nothing works in the hotel. At least it exists, but it doesn't work in such a way that the big, beautiful lobby serves...well, for nothing. The restaurant is open during breakfast, so you should manage the other meals even if you intended to have them at the hotel. Breakfast lasts until 10:30, but if the cook (tall, bald, with glasses) is in a bad mood, there is a possibility that they will start removing him at 10:15. The machine (the only place where you can get a drink) only accepts cards. The pool is open only in the afternoon, it is full of rot. When we asked to turn on the hydromassage, a pile of dirty water came out of the pipe. In any case, a MILD DISASTER AND CATACLYSM. You go with the intention of spending money in the hotel, but when you ask why it is not working at full capacity, you get the answer: "it worked until 3 days ago during our holidays, and now you have to make your own coffee". BYPASS IN THE BROAD PORT.

Traumhafte Lage, toll zum Entspannen
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die Lage direkt am See wunderbar. Ich würde die Zimmer mit Seeblick empfehlen. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet. Der Spabereich ist nicht sehr groß aber vollkommen ausreichend um nach einer Wanderung zu entspannen. Die beiden Pools sind schön beheizt auf 30° Grad. Das Dampfbad habe ich sehr genossen. Die Liegewiese ist sehr großzügig. Lobenswert ist auch die große Außenterrasse, wo man auch abends entspannend sitzen kann. Mir hat es sehr gefallen, dass es ein Nichtraucherhotel ist. Rauchen ist nur draussen am Eingangsbereich erlaubt. So wurde man auch auf der Terrasse oder Liegewiese vom Zigarettenqualm nie belästigt, was oft in vielen Aussenanlagen unangenehm ist. Das fand ich super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Close to the nature in the green heart of Carinthia
Pros:

The hotel is located on the shore of the Lake Ossiach and has various wellness and spa facilities. The staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast is excellent. The hotel has a large closed outdoor parking area, so parking is not a problem at all. The local train stops in front of the hotel.

Cons:

I cannot mention anything specially disturbing our stay.
