Hotel in a good quiet position, the room & facilities good, dining needs to be addressed.
Pros:

The reception staff were friendly & helpful. The pool & hot pool were a good feature but often full with long staying guests with their drinks. The relaxation area around the fire was always taken. Our room (upgrade designer) had good view with good space for the sofa but needed a mirror above the dressing table.

Cons:

The evening meal was a big disappointment. Although a 5 course menu it was not co-ordinated. The food was not up to a standard, especially for the rating of the hotel. In 3 days there were only 3 courses I enjoyed, although the salad bar was good. The waiters were also unco-ordinated and often gave the course to another table, or forgot to bring the wine or brought the next course before we had finished the previous one. Just numbers on a table would have helped or having one waitress to serve the same tables.
The breakfast buffet was good but getting a coffee meant asking several times.
Our bedroom door had been left open by the cleaning staff all day.
Having stayed there 10 years ago I felt it needed up dating.

Pros:

The wellness facilities are excellent. Great outdoor hot tub and sauna and lovely indoor pool and relaxation area with showers and saunas.

Cons:

There should be an easier way to order drinks from outside. The bar in the wellness area is manned by one person and they struggle to cope. The drinks are very expensive so it would make sense to be able to sell more.

I’ve stayed at the hotel numerous times over the years. It’s a shame there is no loyalty scheme.

Pros:

Guter Spa-Bereich, schöner Lounge-Bereich, ansprechendes Restaurant.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war alt, sehr klein und hatte unzureichende Ausstattung. Das Badezimmer war in schlechtem Zustand (Duschtüren undicht). Das Personal, abgesehen vom Sommelier, war leider sehr langsam und wirkte unkoordiniert bzw. schlecht strukturiert (Beispiel Wartezeiten für einen Kaffee: 25min - gar nicht).

Das Abendessen, bei Halbpension mit dem Preis inbegriffen und normalerweise durch Aufpreis von 85 Euro ohne Getränke, war an mehreren Tagen nicht sonderlich gut und die Portionen waren äußerst klein. Zudem gab es Abschlussfehler.

Im Spa-Bereich war die Sauna nur zwischen 16 und 21 Uhr geheizt und konnte so mittagsüber nicht genutzt werden.

Amazing Ischgl
Pros:

What we liked most about the accommodation was the staff. The receptionist, Katja, is a 10/10—super friendly, always smiling, and she treated us so well. Sebastian and the rest of the staff were also incredibly kind and super attentive."

Cons:

We were on the first floor, above the gym, and whenever a guest went down to run, we could hear it. It happened to us twice at 6 AM.
