Pros:

The bed was terrible to soft and kept on dipping in the middle thought I was going to fall off the bed several times my partner is over 6foot tall and he kept rolling in to the middle of the bed didn't have a good night sleep at all, change the mattress I stayed at premiere inn Chatham and the mattress was so comfortable I had a great night sleep

Really relaxed and enjoyable stay
Pros:

Staff were really attentive and friendly. Room was really clean and well presented. Bar was well stocked and well staffed. Pool was a surprise bonus, that really deserves better promotion.

Cons:

Beds are a standard double, which for us felt really small and compact. TV's had very limited channels. Shampoo and body wash were provided, but no conditioners. A shampoo / conditioner combination would serve both the women and the men.
