Pros:

Merkezi olması geniş oda tuvalet banyo iyi WhatsApp üzerinden ilgiliye yazdığında erken dönüş bilgiler vermesi harikaydı.
Su ısıtıcı olması güzeldi check-out 15 dk geç çıkmama rağmen sorun yaşamadım.

Pésimas instalaciones y malisima atención.
Pros:

Lo único q rescato de este hotel, es la ubicación.

Cons:

El servicio pésimo, las cortinas estaban rotas, era dos telas q ni siquiera llegaban a cerrarse, y estaban rotos los ganchos, llegamos a la noche, asiq en ese momento envié WhatsApp a la persona q me hizo el check in, ( porq no hay nadie q te atienda ni reciba personalmente, es todo virtual) a lo q me respondieron q al día siguiente a 1ra hora iban lo de mantenimiento a solucionarlo. Improvisamos haciendo un nudo a ambas cortinas para q al menos quede cerrado al medio. Yo había comprado datos (gracias a Dios) porq el wifi se cortaba cada 2 minutos, y las llaves para entrar al hotel y a la habitación, tenias q tener datos o wifi porq era todo virtual, te envian las llaves por WhatsApp, o sea, q si no tenia datos comprados, tampoco iba a poder ingresar al hotel porq el wifi no funcionaba.. No solo q no fueron a solucionar las cortinas, sino q tamb les mande foto de como estaban y como improvisé para poder pasar la noche, el control remoto de la tv no tenía pilas, el secador no funcionaba. Avise al día sig a la sra de limpieza y tampoco hicieron nada. Al volver la 2da noche al hotel, me encontré exactamente igual q como estaba, solo hicieron la limpieza y no solucionaron nada. Pedí q me devuelvan el dinero para ir a otro hotel y me dijeron q mi reserva no era reembolsable, el tema es q, me ofrecieron algo q no cumplieron, una tv q no podía usarla porq no tenía batería el control remoto, un secador q no funcionaba, el wifi q no funcionaba,,
Los colchones un desastre, se hundian, y en desnivel. Todo lamentable.
No lo recomiendo. Muy mala experiencia. No pude dormir. Entraba luz hasta por la noche, por las luces de la calle.

Pros:

L'emplacement est proche du centre ville. Quelques peurs en voyant des commentaires exposant des punaises de lits, mais cela n'a pas été le cas dans notre chambre.

Cons:

Aucun moyen de contact avec le personnel (hormis un interphone/whatsapp), beaucoup de taches et de trous dans les matelas, les fenêtres ne sont pas en état donc le bruit est présent de l'extérieur.

Buen hotel
Pros:

Buena ubicacion, el personal muy amable.

Cons:

No hay un mueble para poner la ropa y las pertenencias. El alarma de fuego se incendio a las 10:30 de la noche,asustando a todo el mundo. Mucho ruido de otras habitaciones,se escucha todo.

Manage verwachting, dan is het ok.
Pros:

Prima locatie, 25 minuten lopen van het station, 15 minuten naar de dam en 5min naar het Leidse plein.
Weinig verwachting en wensen bij de kamer en daar voldoet het aan ;-)
Kamer wel schoon.

Cons:

Kamers zijn gewoon vervallen, net als de rest van het gebouw. Best jammer want met zoveel kamers is er best iets van te maken. Douche wordt wel warm, na wat geduld. Enkel glas, overal dus erg gehorig en dat gaat ook wel de hele nacht door. Op zich geen ramp als je daar rekening mee gehouden hebt.
TV zonder werkende afstandbediening. Zijn kleine aanpassingen die het beeld al heel anders maken. Als je de kamer niet kunt verduisteren doordat de gordijnen te smal en kapot zijn... Alle details slordig zijn afgewerkt

Cons:

Terrible experience, trip canceled for reasons of allergic intoxication with so much mold and humidity. Window without curtain suitable, lack of basic utensils in the room as hot water for you. And sweet with the effect of the pool accumulating water from the point of disturbing my part and room. Frankly I regret your service
