Important information:

All parking must be booked prior to arrival by contacting the hotel directly. On arrival, guests are requested to check-in first in order to receive a parking permit and access card.

Please note that as there is a height restriction of 6.2 feet and a width restriction of 13 feet, no vans or large vehicles will be able to enter the car park.

The hotel has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours.

The hotel allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by the hotel management.

Please note a NZ $1 credit card at the time of check-in to act as a bond to cover any incidental charges found after check out. Alternatively, A $250.00 cash bond be paid at check-in which will be refunded, less any incidental charges.

Traffic noise kept us awake due to having to have window opened to create cooler room. A pedestal fan would have negate

Staff were friendly. Balcony access. Onsite laundry.

Cons:

Only 1 fan. Should have been 2 fans to cater for both bedrooms. The lounge room mat was crumpled and a trip hazard. Lounge chair is uncomfortable.

Too hot and disappointing.

The air con was broken. The TV was broken. The fridge was broken (would not shut properly). I have stayed in the past and it was okay. I will not stay there again.

Great views and clean rooms

Cons:

I thought it was absolutely ridiculous that you charge to park, and only have 3 parks for a whole hotel! So you pay good money to stay and can’t even park your car nearby in a customer parking lot.

Adequate but somewhat depressing place because of the horrible carpet.
Pros:

Location convenient for us as we walk a lot. Auckland domain park nearby. 15-20 minutes to ferries.
Coffee shops nearby, especially liked the Intruders. Circle K well stocked.
Facilities were functional and adequate, beds were comfortable. Generous exchanging towels if needed.
Staff always helpful.

Cons:

Dirty dingy torn carpet was so depressing. If changed it would make the whole apartment so much nicer.
Seating limited for a 2 bedroom and not so comfortable.
Only 2 elevators in large building so in the morning with cleaners filling the elevators we often had to wait ages.

Location - close to CBD. Spacious rooms. Kitchenette is fully equipped and very convenient for families with kids.

Cons:

A bit noisy: there is a helipad nearby and helicopters are taking off and landing even at night.
