Pros:

Location is great. It is by the tramway station. Emloyees give support evertime. They allowed us to leave out luggage before check-in.

Spacious renovated room but mixed service experience
Pros:

On the positive side, the room itself was large, especially the bathroom which was renovated, modern and spacious.

Another, very positive point was the staff member at breakfast. She was very friendly and, although we had not booked breakfast, she kindly showed us the available options so we could decide whether we wanted to add it. Breakfast costs €24 per person per day.

Overall, the hotel has comfortable rooms and some friendly staff members, but improvements in hospitality and luggage security would make the experience better

Overall, our stay at Hotel Bellevue Wien was pleasant, but there were a few aspects that could be improved.

Before arriving, we sent a message asking whether it might be possible to check in earlier if the room happened to be ready. When we arrived, we asked again if early check-in was possible in case the room was already available. We were told that early check-in was possible only with an additional charge, and the price depended on how many hours earlier we wanted to enter the room. This policy felt somewhat inflexible.

The receptionist at check-in was polite but rather formal and not particularly welcoming. However, we were offered the option to leave our luggage until the official check-in time at 3:00 pm. Unfortunately, the luggage room did not seem very secure. Other guests had also left their luggage there and the door was left open, with no clear supervision from the reception desk.

The hotel building itself is quite old and large, with many rooms.

Walking through beautiful past history
Pros:

It was in the city center, had parking, and was very clean

Cons:

The elevator was very crowded and small. We were on the third floor and preferred to take the stairs.

Все понравилось единственное нет разеток рядом с кроватью это очень не удобно , и некомфортно и да время заезда 15:00 тоже как то не удобное , а так отель хороший напротив большой супермаркет , трамвайная остановка недолеко от вокзала

Stammgäste merken eine große Veränderung
Pros:

Nostalgisches Hotel mit Flair. Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem sauber, schön und groß. Die Betten sind bequem und im Bad ist ausreichend helles Licht. Großer Fernseher und Temperatur selbst zu regeln. War immer mein Lieblingshotel in Wien. Personal nett wie immer.

Cons:

Als Stammgast kenne ich das Hotel lange, aber das Frühstück wurde bei jedem Aufenthalt einfacher. Vor wenigen Jahren noch mit Sekt zum Frühstück und frischem Orangensaft einem guten ****S entsprechend, mittlerweile zu einem schlechtem *** Hotel mutiert. Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt. Man suchte sich einen Platz wo am wenigsten gebauchtes Geschirr stand. Auswahl zum Frühstück einem *** entsprechend einfach und karg. Keine Ahnung warum dieses schöne Hotel beim Frühstück so stark nachgelassen hat, jedenfalls Schade.
