Great hot breakfest offered on the weekend.
Pros:

I like the property very much. The rooms were clean, good size, and the hot breakfest was wonderful. You would have all the calories you need for a day sking

Cons:

The pool and sauna were going through renovation. It’s great that they are investing in their property, but put down the pictures. Also the wifi was not working through out our stay, and our cells would not work either. Still I would stay there again, I would love to stay there when the pool is open and WIFI is working.

Nice place to stay during fall season
Pros:

Rooms were renovated, clean, not too far from Woodstock.

Cons:

Our room was below owners suite and there was a lot of footstep noise on the wooden floors in the early evening.
Continental breakfast was pretty sparse.

Breakfast. The guys do not know what a continental breakfast is. Bagels and sweets. The price of the room is too high for such an overnight stay

Great service and location. Great value.
Pros:

They went above and beyond to accomodate last minute my girlfriend. She fractured her leg days before arrival. They got us into a room that was accessible to her.

Cons:

No food or bar due to upgrades.

This experience has been a total nightmare. We left immediately after the awful stench in our room.

When we arrived and were shown to our room by the new general manager, she apologized for the smell in the room and said that she installed the fan to try to get the smell out. After that, we noticed that the entire room was dirty and in disarray, especially in the bathroom. We have been waiting for a complete and full refund for a month now. we are so disappointed in the way this entire event has transpired. We traveled six hours to get there and then because this room was awful. We spent another three hours driving around trying to find a place to stay on a Friday night in October. Of course we had to pay for another two nights for the hotel we finally were able to book in another town.

Cons:

Le pire hôtel que nous avons jamais vu. Malpropre, chambres au sous-sol, humidité et moisissures, sombre, pas de fan dans la salle de bain, pas de mini-frigo, fenêtre non-conforme, la moitié des jeux de la salle de divertissements sont hors fonction, un chat se promène sur les tables et comptoir, planchers sales et collants avec plusieurs insectes. Évitez cet endroit à tout prix.

Pros:

Great place. Kylie and Auburn, the two managers are amazing. They are very attentive and go out of their way to make sure the guests are happy.
The place is in a good location close to Pico mountain. The rooms are clean, comfortable, have a mini fridge and very comfortable beds.
Would highly recommend.

Pros:

Beautiful clean rooms. Plenty of towels. Continental breakfast. The bar and restaurant were closed down. The staff was polite and friendly. Game room was smelly and cost $$$ to play. The pool is clean and beautiful. Very comfortable atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.

The bar was closed so that was a bummer. The room was clean, parking was right by my room and the location of the property is right next to the road I was traveling on. Somehow it was still very quiet!
