I had bad experiences in hotels but definitely this is the worse so far! I paid for a nice room showed in this website and I got something way different, old, no good internet service, bedroom very small and dirty looking, not hot shower. I requested to be moved to a different room and that was better, however, the cleaning and maintenance staff were really rude, in my last day, they were hammering and drilling right by my door and window, turning on a radio and playing music at early morning, despite my request to be quiet, they simply ignored and keep working in front of my window, I felt really frustrated and with zero privacy.

La ubicación es excelente y el hotel es muy bonito.
Mucho ruido ambiental; enfrente hay un karaoke que no para gastas las 2/3 am. Además, nos tocó un grupo de personas muy ruidosas en el mismo piso, y el staff no intervino.
La ubicación esta perfecta para caminar desde ahí a cualquier punto de la ciudad.
Esta frente a un Bar y para quienes vamos en plan familiar, cuesta dormir con el ruido que termina muy tarde.

Que nos dieron dos habitaciones en el 2do. Piso y estaba muy pesado subir las escaleras.
Mi esposo está enfermo de la columna y le costó trabajo subir. Pero eso debí decirlo al momento de hacer la reserva.

la ubicación es excelente. El servicios es muy bueno, son muy atentos, el check in justo a la hora indicada y el check out de maravilla super rápido, no debes esperar a la revisión.
es un poco incomodo las escaleras, me gustaría hubiera contactos en el lobby para cargar aparatos electricos. La regadera con agua caliente, solo que el tubo deberia estar más largo para no estar pegado a la pared, hay bastante espacio para que sea más comodo el momento de la ducha.
