A complimentary dinner is provided to guests at a themed restaurant who stay for up to 6 nights.

Three complimentary dinners per week are provided to guests at a themed restaurant who stay for 7 nights or more.

Reservations are required for the complimentary themed restaurant dinner at least one day in advance and are subject to availability.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

לא שווה את המחיר
Pros:

שירות חדרים טוב. המגלשות היו סבבה. היה בחדר במקרר הקטן כמה פחיות. הים מושלם .

לא הייתי נותנת 5 כוכבים למלון. הפקידה בצ'ק אין לא הייתה מובנת בכלל. היו לי נמלים בחדר, המזגן בקושי עבד בחדר ובכמה מקומות במלון במיוחד בלובי, אוכל לא מגוון כל יום אותו דבר , אין היצע לטבעוניים. ביום אחד המכונות של השתייה לא עבדו והיה צריך ללכת לבר של חדר האוכל ולעמוד שעות בשביל שתייה, מתקמצנים על מפיות בחדר אוכל- נותנים רק אחד. הים והבריכה רחוקים בחום הזה זה ממש לא כיף. משעמם בערב מאוד - יש מופע מטעמם של צוות הבידור די משעמם, רחוק מהעיר ממש (חייב להשכיר רכב). עומדים בתור בשביל להיכנס לארוחות. לא היה מים בחדר לשעה וחצי במשך יומיים. צריך להשאיר 10 יורו ערבון למגבות של הבריכה. יש אזור קטן של 5 מכונות וידיאו לילדים בתשלום של יורו לכל מכונה. לדעתי הבריכה לא נקייה ואין לה מקום מוצל. החנויות במלון יקרות בטירוף.
המסעדות הרבות במלון ניתן להנות רק פעם אחת - הכוונה שיש לך אפשרות לבחור מבין כל המסעדות מסעדה אחת ותוכל לאכול שם פעם אחת ואין שם מבחר בכלל.

Pros:

Nice hotel that doesn't feel too crowded. Breakfast was really nice. Beach was also very good.

Cons:

Towel arrangement was bad. We had to go to somewhere out of the way repeatedly to be turned down because of no towels is not a great experience in a beach resort. Navigation around the hotel could be improved with signs.

Great for kids, but not 5* experience.
Pros:

Water slides for the kids. Internet speed.
Giant fruit fridge in the main restaurant (lots of choices of fresh fruits).

Cons:

All inclusive slop food (lots of variety, but low quality, tasteless). A-la carte restaurants are even worse than the all-inclusive buffet.
Not a single fresh drink in the resort, just chemicals & powdered-machine juices.
Have to pay for all the extras: more coffee, water in the room, towels, etc.

Хорошие место расположения. Красивый чистый отель, с разнообразными барами и ресторанами. Если арендовать машину то удобно добираться до основных достопримечательностей.

Необходимо хоть немного разнообразить меню!!!

Et bra og veldrevet hotel, god og hyggelig service som passer bra for barnefamilier.
Pros:

Et veldrevet hotel. Hyggelig service og betjening. Flere ulike soner og flere steder å få mat og drikke og bade og sole seg. Rent og fint.

Cons:

Maten er helt ok, mye å velge i, men kunne vært bedre kvalitet og variasjon, spesielt på kjøtt og fisk i buffet restaurant. A la cart restaurantene var lav kvalitet (testet asiatisk og meksikansk).
Bassengene var ikke så dype og det var noe trangt om plassen på solsengene rundt. Usikker på hvor rene bassengene er da det ikke er noe dusjing før man går i bassenget. Stranden var steinete, men kan ikke klandre hotellet for det.

Het privé-zwembad

Cons:

Geen 5-sterren waardig. Geen privé-parking voor de auto (langs de kant van de weg of 400 meter ergens in de wei), geen tickets meegekregen bij het inchecken voor de strandhanddoeken. Nadien teruggegaan naar de balie, ticket meegekregen. Bij de afhaalbalie in de spa blijkt dat alle handdoeken op zijn. (Kom binnen een uurtje maar es terug). Niks van privacy op het terras van uw kamer. (Buren zitten bijna mee op uw terras). Te veel geld voor hetgeen we geboekt hebben. Voor ons niet meer.

A szálloda fantasztikus, nagyon szép, rendezett hatalmas területen fekszik. Az ételek nagyon finomak és hatalmas a választék. A személyzet rendkivül kedves, barátságos, nagyon örültünk a magyar lányoknak és fiúknak, sokkal jobb volt így a kommunikáció. Az étteremben Zsófi és a másik magyar lány is nagyon-nagyon segítőkész volt.

לצערנו החוויה שלנו היתה מאכזבת מאוד האוכל היה ברמה נמוכה מאוד ולא טעים כך שכמעט לא נהנינו מארוחות המלון
רמת הנקיון היתה ירודה בנוסף הצוות לא היה שירותי ולא נתן תחושה שהוא מעוניין לסייע או לתת מענה לצרכי האורחים
גם הבריכה היתה מאכזבת המים לא היו נקיים כך שלא היה בטוח להשתמש בה
נושא המגבות הבריכה היה לא נוח לא זמינות באזור הבריכה או הים נאלצנו ללכת בכל פעם לספא כדי לקחת או להחליף מגבות במיוחד כשמצפים לשירות נגיש ונוח במלון
