A complimentary dinner is provided to guests at a themed restaurant who stay for up to 6 nights.

Three complimentary dinners per week are provided to guests at a themed restaurant who stay for 7 nights or more.

Reservations are required for the complimentary themed restaurant dinner at least one day in advance and are subject to availability.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

End of season stay was clearly over bearing for a very tired hotel service teams
Pros:

A large complex that has majority what a family needs on a holiday. Some amazing and dedicated staff and lovely crepes/pancakes! The main pool is warmest and welcoming, drinks selection at bars was good also.

Cons:

Pizza quality was really poor. No oven for proper pizza like other hotels in and near Kiotari. Poor food choices in seaside bar and main pool. A mission to find nuggets for kids and queues for icecreams not so great. Staff looked very tired complained of working long hours long days. Cats everywhere in and outside hotel, not everyone loves cats! Guest services very poor service booking a restraurant a day before not being to get a booking them getting some random too late slot for next day… anyway no pizza in Italian restraurant.
Only one working main lift -got stuck in the other a few times when it was actually opening.
Coffee maschine in the room not working.
Nobody tells you where to get beach towels, how to book restaurants, where you can go.

Cons:

L’hôtel est joli, mais l’expérience est gâchée par l’organisation. Il faut faire la queue à chaque repas, que ce soit le matin, le midi ou le soir, ce qui devient vite insupportable. Les plats sont fades et sans goût , toujours les mêmes plats . L’endroit est beaucoup trop fréquenté, ce qui crée une ambiance désagréable. Le personnel, en plus, n’est pas accueillant : à peine un bonjour, aucun sourire. Dans ces conditions, je déconseille fortement cet hôtel, car la surcharge de monde et le manque d’amabilité du service rendent le séjour vraiment pénible.

Not 5 star, will not be returning to any Lindos hotels.
Pros:

Location was fantastic, breakfasts were good

Cons:

Staff were rude at times, witnessed other guests having issues with rude staff. Particularly one man serving at the main pool bar. Evening staff on the terrace were also unhelpful and downright rude. It felt like a cattle market, only plus was the lovely staff at reception.

Très bon choix pour famille.
Pros:

Les repas, surtout aux restaurants à la carte.

Cons:

La salle de douche a une mauvaise pente et l’eau déborde.
Le bruit car la chambre était sous la piste.
Le manque e chargeurs pour des voitures électriques.
Piscine froides pour le mois d’octobre.

Für die Kinder OK für Erwachsene würde ich nicht mehr machen.
Pros:

Frühstück und generell die Auswahl der Speisen jedoch sicherlich nicht 5 Sterne.

Cons:

Für ein 5 Sterne nicht gut. Pool 50 bis 60 cm tief man kann nicht schwimmen usw.

Pros:

Swim up room was great. Snack bar was good.

Cons:

Staff often made you feel like you was an inconvenience. Claims to be 7 restaurants but only actually 3. One changes theme to make up the rest, very hard to get reservation m. Very misleading. Buffet was poor very oily and samey food. Site is very very hilly. Poor communication about bus/trains - didn’t learn until check out.

Excellent holidays at Rhodes/Lindos
Pros:

Excellent hotel and facilities, with activities for children (kids club/activities' pool). Food was also excellent, with many choices available for lunch and dinner. Special thanks to Theodora (reception) and Dimitris (Barman -excellent cocktails). Would highly recommend and would book again.

Cons:

Everything was great so I do not have anything to comment upon. Please keep on doing a great job.

Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht, wir hätten mehr erwartet.
Pros:

Das junge Aktivitäten-Team war aufgeschlossen, lustig, die Aktivitäten toll. Die Wassertemperatur war angenehm. Die Rutschen haben richtig Spass gemacht. In den Spezialitätenrestaurants hat man köstlich gegessen, der Swim-up-Pool hat Spass gemacht und war auch sauber. Die Massagen waren toll sowie das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Gästebetreuerin hat sich sehr zuvorkommend und prompt um unsere Anliegen gekümmert.

Cons:

Das Hotelzimmer war alt, es hatte überhaupt keinen Charme, im Gegenteil. Das Hauptrestaurant war immer laut, das Servicepersonal war wenig achtsam, wir wurden jeweils lange nicht bedient oder wir mussten sie wiederholt auffordern. Zweimal haben wir uns das Getränk dann selber an der Bar geholt. Die Auswahl des Essens war ebenso enttäuschend. Auf dem Hotelareal wurden die Becher (Becherstationen) lange nicht weggeräumt, das wirkte etwas schmuddelig. Das Areal um die Pools herum war wenig gepflegt. Es gab neben Tennis noch die Möglichkeit Padel zu spielen, jedoch musste dies zusätzlich bezahlt werden.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leisungsangebot
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Die Leistung war für den Preis sehr gut.
Lokale Kategorie 5 Sterne entspricht bei uns ca. 4 Sternen.
Sehr ruhige Lage. Tolle Betten.

Cons:

Etwas abgewohnt und das Wasser im Aktivity-Pool war etwas grün, aber wir waren in der letzten Woche vor Saisonende dort und danach hat man mehrere Monate für Sanierungsmaßnahmen Zeit.

Un hôtel magnifique des chambres assez grandes ,entres les 5 piscines et le bord de mer,c’est juste parfait.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol, a l'arrivée après 23h30,l'accueil qui ne parle pas français nous a remis les cartes d'ouverture des chambres sans aucune explication pour nous situer l'endroit de celles ci.
Nous avons été pris en charge après avoir trouvé une personne parlant français et une voiturette nous a gentiment posé devant nos chambres.
