de que esta a una cuadra del centro comercial, para descansar esta genial. y la habitación si fue cómoda.

Cons:

Nos toco una vez en cambio de sabanas que estaban sucias, la suerte de vecinos que se ponen pedos y saben que estan en hotel y aun asi no hablan, gritan como si quisiéramos escuchar su platica(ahi es suerte que no te toque gente asi) .

No hay ni una silla extra para poder sentarnos si venimos húmedos en la habitación, en área de alberca muy simple no hay una mesa o donde sentarse no hay sobra para uno poder esperar mientras otros están en la alberca.

El servicio, la limpieza y todo olía muy bien!

Cons:

Las sábanas y toallas eran originalmente blancas y olían a limpio; pero estaban un poco percudidas (grises).

Pros:

La ubicación está en una zona que tiene lo justo pero bien, un gran súper, algúnos restaurantes, heladería…etc. La habitación es grande con cama enorme. La limpieza buena.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado junto con todos las demás máquinas hacían un ruido exagerado para dormir. Más todo el ruido por la noche de entrada y salida de gente con su coche a un paking que da al patio interior del hotel con acceso habitaciones “privadas”.

Sismo inesperado pero instalaciones seguras y recepcionistas atentas. Hotel de calidad, regresaremos
Pros:

Mi familia y yo estuvimos durante el sismo que fue el 2 de enero, definitivamente las instalaciones y el edificio completo fueron seguros. Las recepcionistas, tanto del check-in como del check-out fueron muy muy atentas y profesionales para resolver un problema de booking y responder nuestras dudas.

Cons:

Mi mensaje que envié a través de booking no fue consultado ni respondido para confirmar mi reservación ya que habia pedido una habitación para 4 adultos y un bébé. Sin embargo no se respondió mi mensaje y no habia habitación que habiamos reservado pero la recepcionista encontre solución con costo extra para alojarnos como se tenia previsto.
