Overall it’s a great spot.
Pros:

Conveniently located downtown and great rate.

Cons:

Floor was freezing without slippers, no instructions for the coffee machine, and no outlet for the coffee machine.

Good Location
Pros:

Great location, good value, friendly staff.

Cons:

The room was cold. Bathroom shower water took a long time to get hot and water pressure really bad. Not much lighting in the room and it flickers, bulbs burnt out in bathroom. I previously stayed at basecamp suites in Revelstoke and the rooms were beautiful, so I though I would give Canmore basecamp suites a try. This hotel is older and run down but the rooms have been renovated, however it didn’t feel cozy and I don’t think I would book here again.

Pretty great!! Would stay again!
Pros:

Great location, right downtown, a close walk to everything! Suite was great, nice common area with three rooms. Nicely furnished. Lots of windows with great views of the mountains. Front desk was accessible via text if we had any questions.

Cons:

When booking the large suite for 10 guests, you still only get 1 parking spot. Expensive to pay for other parking near by. This suite should be given an extra parking stall. 1 hot tub also that only fits 8 people.
