Rooms where clean, bed comfortable. Location great

Cons:

Rooms especially bathroom, very cold, floors freezing. Maybe a heat lamp could be installed in ceiling of bathroom?

Excellent value for money, clean, updated, quiet
Pros:

Clean, quiet, good location & value, decent sized rooms, staff offered for us to park there for longer if we wanted after we checked out to avoid needing to pay for on street parking

Impossible to sleep

Tiny bed - 2 people can't fit. Walls are paper thin, can hear everything what neighbors doing.

Comfortable, clean enough and the location is prime.
Pros:

Th staff called to make sure things were going ok upon check in. Bathroom clean and updated, beds very comfy.

Cons:

The walls are paper thin, I couldn't figure out why so many earplugs were provided but quickly found out.

The TV didn't have capability of logging into online platforms such as apple tv, prime, netflix, crave, etc so we just had to watch random TV channels lol - when we called staff they said some tvs have the feature but others don't... first world problem but we were looking forward to a cozy night in with our shoes. I should have taken my laptop if guess.

Third was the fact that the hot tub was out of service, we specifically booked to stay here based on the hot tub facility. I understand things happen, it just put a damper on our stay seeing as that wasn't operational and we couldn't really watch anything on TV.

Pros:

Room was clean and parking was on site. Location is great as close to downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hot tub was not working and though it was brought to my attention after the booking it was disappointing. The staff made arrangements for me to go to the other unit to access the hot tub.

Wonderful apartment in a great location. Had a very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Location was perfect. The size of the apt was perfect for large families. Love the location of it due to the prime location while also being quiet.

Cons:

The AC units were not the best. It is loud and hard to cool the rooms sufficiently, I had to call front desk many times to look at the Units.
