Everything was perfect! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. The hotel was beautiful, very clean. The food was delicious and the location was great.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!
Honestly, we had nothing negative to say. Everything was as expected and even better than we imagined.

Service war teilweise übertrieben! Wir wurden jeden Tag im Zimmer angerufen wie es uns gehen würde und ob alles ok ist.

-sehr bemühtes und hilfsbereites Personal. Haben bei dem Mieten von Fahrrädern und Organisieren eines Taxis geholfen.
- Die gesamte Anlage und die Zimmer waren modern, sauber, ordentlich
- Essen war leider sowohl morgens als auch abends kalt.
- bei den Gerichten waren keine Allergene angegeben, man musste alles jeden Tag erneut nachfragen (Unverträglichkeiten)
- Sehr kleines Fitnessstudio mit wenigen Geräten. Man musste Glück haben, dass dort etwas frei war.
- auch generell wenig Freizeitangebote
- im Oktober war rund um das Hotel im Ort nichts mehr geöffnet
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. Everything was well-organized, and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and felt very well taken care of. I’m extremely happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel’s infrastructure is outstanding: modern, stylish, and beautifully scented throughout. I loved the fragrance so much that I even bought their room perfume to take home! Cleanliness was impeccable, both in the room and throughout the entire hotel, and the room itself was beautiful.
The check-in experience was perfect initially, although the overall impression became a little disappointing as the stay progressed. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and quality. The dinner buffet was less charming than expected for a 5-star hotel. However, the option to swap dinner for lunch was a great benefit, and we appreciated this flexibility. We chose to dine out in the evenings instead.
Overall, the hotel has fantastic potential, beautiful facilities, and impeccable cleanliness. With more attentive and motivated staff, particularly in the restaurants, and a few thoughtful improvements to the dining experience, the stay could be truly exceptional and worthy of its 5-star rating.
Unfortunately, the service was the main disappointment. The staff did not consistently meet the expectations of a 5-star property. In particular, the service at the à la carte restaurant was very slow, and the staff seemed rather unmotivated. The overall experience did not reflect the level of hospitality and attention to detail one would expect from a hotel of this category.
For guests with lactose intolerance, the dining experience was also a little challenging. The maître d'hôtel kindly offered to explain which dishes were suitable and which were not, but having to ask about every dish was not particularly convenient. A simple solution would be to mark dishes containing lactose with a symbol on the buffet labels. This would make the experience much easier and more comfortable for guests with dietary requirements. We use this approach at the hotel where I work, and it makes a real difference.

The staff were always welcoming and friendly. The housekeeping was very good, our room was kept very clean throughout. The pool area was also immaculate and cleaned thoroughly very morning. The access to the beach was easy and there were no pesky sales people. The hotel was busy but there were always enough sunbeds. Breakfast was a good, a varied mix of local, and more northern European with hot options plus lots of continental. Sparkling wine available as well. Difficult to comment on the local town as this was end of season so inevitably quite a bit was closed. It was an easy walking distance to the shops and tavernas - we tried one for lunch and were very happy with the food and the price. We had access to the high living club, and the included drinks were very good offering a wide range of soft and alcoholic, tea and coffee.
The only one very small niggle, and I'm being very picky, was the lack of variety and quality of the nibbles/food in the high living club. The buffet restaurant by comparison was very varied with lots of local options plus some plainer bits for the less adventurous.

Die Gegend um das Hotel herum ist nicht sehr ansprechend. Wenn man nur im Hotel bleiben möchte ist es perfekt, die Gegend erkunden kann man sich sparen.
