Very enjoyable stay, we'd definitely come back!
Pros:

Excellent stay overall, the hotel met our expectations. The facilities are at a very high standard (by Greek 5-star standards), the room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a great sleep. The beach is beautiful, clean and well organized. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of high-quality options. The staff were consistently friendly, professional and efficient, and parking was convenient and easy throughout our stay.

Cons:

The location of our room (No. 128) wasn't ideal. It is at the very end of the corridor, close to a service area, so there was a constant background noise from the hotel's ventilation system. It wasn't loud enough to ruin our stay, but it was noticeable. In addition, the balcony overlooks the staff service entrance, so there was occasional noise and cigarette smoke.
The second downside was dinner. While there was a good selection of dishes and the ingredients appeared to be of good quality, the overall execution and cooking didn't feel at the level expected from a five-star hotel. Breakfast was outstanding, but dinner left room for improvement.

Pros:

Прекрасно място, страхотно отношение на персонала, чистота и хубава храна.

Cons:

Стая 129 е точно над зоната за пушене на персонала от кухнята и доста често беше много шумно.
Много хора резервираха с хавлии шензлонги в Quiet зоната и на плажа от рано сутрин и заемаха места без да са там. В края на плажа, част от шезлонгите се заемаха от плажуващи с деца от свободната зона и разваляха смисъла на adults only концепцията на хотела, заради която дойдохме.

Cons:

Diversitatea și calitatea meniului restaurantului unde se servea cina inclusă în preț nu reflectă numărul de stele al hotelului.

Great value, super customer service provided, a very walk able location - would go back !
Pros:

Superior customer service from all staff, they were attentive, polite and helpful. Delicious fresh food served at breakfast and dinner. The hotel is very clean. They also sent us home made cookies when I felt unwell with a lovely note and they made us a delicious cake for our anniversary and left it in the room with a complementary bottle of liquor and another nice note. This hotel is also literally a 5 minute walk from the little village of Chaniotis which is full of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and boutiques. The square is lively and appealing or you can walk to the water side and enjoy a drink or a meal looking at the sea.

Cons:

We stayed in the Ivory Suite which was large enough, but very dark. The decor is contemporary and quite minimalist - so aside from the sink and dressing/wardrobe area there not lots of spaces to store items such as snacks etc. The sofa whilst contemporary isn't very practical as the arm rests are just rolled cushions, unattached to the actual sofa. The bathroom was small dark and unappealing. When you open the bathroom door it literally touches the toilet. The bathroom consists of the shower and the toilet, it is a tiny square space with limited space and 2 tiny hooks on the wall which hardly holds the towels let alone the robes. It has one small corner shelf in the actual shower that can only fit the hotels complimentary shampoo , body wash and condition bottles so you have to place your items on the floor. The bathroom also had a lingering smell of stale water. The balcony is concrete so if you sit on the balcony chairs you cant see the view. It would be better with glass panels as they have on one of the lower floors. Also the balcony furniture is basic and unappealing. Whilst the TVs are huge and new they look out of place because they dominate the bedroom and the lounge area. We had the "Haute living" privilege which offers drinks and refreshments throughout the day 10 am - 11 pm. The selection of drinks is wine, beer and soft drinks throughout the day which was good and liquor after 6.30 pm. The food selection could be better - a small bowl of nachos, some mini chicken wraps. cold spring rolls and cold Greek cheese pie - same every day. Also at 6.30 pm when the liquor comes out, on our third day they didn't have Gin ?

Η διαμονή μας στο DOMES NORUZ KASSANDRA στην Χανιώτη και η εμπειρία ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία. Η θέα ήταν εξαιρετική και η ησυχία σε όλους τους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου μοναδική,ιδανική για πραγματική χαλάρωση. Η διακόσμηση ξεχώριζε για την διακριτική της πολυτέλεια δημιουργώντας μια ατμόσφαιρα ευχάριστη. Το σέρβις μοναδικό σε όλα τα επίπεδα. Η καμπάνα που μας δόθηκε με αναβάθμιση υπέροχη!!Ιδιαίτερη μνεία οφείλω να αναφέρω στον κ.Κούγια Νικόλαο HOTEL MANAGER,ο οποίος μας υποδέχτηκε προσωπικά με Ιδιαίτερη θέρμη από την πρώτη στιγμή της άφιξής μας.Η παρουσία του ήταν αισθητή καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της παραμονής μας,καθώς φρόντιζε προσωπικά να ικανοποιηθεί κάθε ανάγκη μας και να διασφαλιστεί η άνεσή μας!!Ανέδειξε το υψηλό επίπεδο του ξενοδοχείου και συνέβαλε στην συνολική άψογη εικόνα που αποκομμίσαμε.Δεν μπορώ όμως να μην αναφερθώ και στην κ.Τσέτσι Μαριάννα η οποία μας ξενάγησε στο χώρο με Ιδιαίτερη ευγένεια και ενδιαφέρθηκε για την διαμονή μας μέχρι και την αποχώρηση μας.Το φαγητό υψηλών προδιαγραφών προσθέτοντας ακόμη μια διάσταση απόλαυσης στη διαμονή μας.Συνολικά η εμπειρία μας ήταν μοναδική αντάξια των 5 * που διαθέτει το ξενοδοχείο!!

Schönes, großzügiges Strandhotel
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage des Hotels direkt am Strand, der ziemlich schmal ist. Ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Oberhalb des Strandes ist eine relativ große Liegewiese und um den großen Pool gibt es ausreichend Liegen und Schirme .
Nett ist auch das Strandrestaurant. Frühstück und Abendessen als Büffet im Hauphaus könnten abwechslungsreicher sein.
Angenehm ist auch ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, im Service und am Strand. Unser Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider eine freistehende Badewanne in unserem Zimmer und keine Dusche. Damit war das Duschen und Haarewaschen ein Problem. Rundherum war alles naß. Für ältere Gäste wird selbst das Einsteigen in die hohe Wanne zum Problem.
