gentillesse du personnel, room service top et peu onéreux

Cons:

variété du petit déjeuner à améliorer : pour moi il manquait des fruits secs (noix notamment), un plus grand choix de fruits frais et du fromage blanc (uniquement du yaourt proposé).
salle de petit déjeuner trop petite pour la taille de l'hôtel.

Love this place to stay for short escape to Athens
Pros:

Great location, friendly helpful staff, cozy environment, nice breakfast. We got upgraded free. We love coco-mat and frequently stay at their hotels.

Cons:

Some things need renovation, at some areas smells chlorine and feels humidity from the ground floor pool.

Pros:

The hotel has a fantastic location, which is definitely its biggest strength. It’s situated in a wonderful area, very close to the Museum of Cycladic Art, galleries, and some of the best pastry shops in Athens. Exploring the city from here is extremely convenient and pleasant.
The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful — always polite, smiling, and willing to assist. The bed was very comfortable, which made sleeping easy after long days in the city.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there are also several significant downsides, especially considering the hotel’s standard.
I chose this hotel mainly because I was traveling with my son and the pool was an important factor for us. Sadly, the pool was very disappointing: the water was cold, which may explain why almost no one was using it. The sauna was not working, and the gym equipment was old, rusty, and clearly past its prime.
The breakfast was another letdown. The selection was very limited, and when staying for a week it becomes quite difficult to put together a satisfying meal. Only after three days did we realize that there is an additional egg menu (omelettes, etc.), which is not clearly presented or communicated — once we discovered it, it honestly saved our breakfasts.

Otelin konumu çok merkezi kolonaki bölgesindeki tüm alışveriş mekanlarına yürüme mesafesinde , personel çok ilgili ve yardımcı. Odalar gayet temiz.

Cons:

Odalarda sadece asklılık var, birde dolap olsa güzel olur, ayrıca odalar çok büyük değil ama birde koltuk veya kanepe olsa şahane olur. Kahvaltıda çeşitlilik biraz daha arttırılmalı.

- chambre agréable
- Literie très confortable
- Mini bar (remis à l’arrivée) très appréciable
- Petit déjeuner savoureux, varié et copieux

Cons:

- Taille de la chambre : nous avions occupé le même standing de chambre en septembre dernier mais elle était bien plus spacieuse avec douche, lavabo et toilettes séparés. Celle-ci était petite avec les pièces d’eau réunies en une seule (moins pratique)
- Vis-à-vis de la chambre : en septembre notre chambre donnait sur une rue très calme et là, sur le balcon de l’immeuble d’en face à quelques mètres à peine. Comme il n’y a pas de voilage de jour, on doit pratiquement vivre dans le noir pour garder un minimum d’intimité
- Lors de notre séjour, il y a eu une panne d’électricité d’une heure dans l’hôtel, le reste du quartier n’avait pas de problème (se maquiller à la lumière des portables…un vrai défi 😉). Un petit mot d’explications ou d’excuses dans l’ascenseur aurait été appréciable
- Nous avons séjourné dans l’hôtel au passage de la nouvelle année, j’imaginais qu’une petite attention (verre de mousseux au petit-déjeuner ou chocolat sur l’oreiller) nous serait offerte mais rien…un peu décevant
