Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr zentrale Lage im Ort und im Hotel ein schöner kleiner Pool und zur angemeldeten Zeit vorgewärmte Sauna (ca. 55 Grad). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist Spitzenklasse! Das Zimmer 302 (auch Superior-DZ) viel sehr geräumig und toll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon etwas "in die Jahre gekommen". Die Böden in unseren beiden Zimmern waren nicht wirklich sauber (z.B. Haare früherer Gäste). Das Zimmer 301 (Superior-DZ) war ziemlich klein und es fehlte mindestens eine Lichtquelle. In der 302 war vor dem Balkon eine Lüftungsöffnung, dadurch wusste man immer wann in der Küche was los war und das Geräusch war auch etwas störend.

Nicht, was man sich unter einem 4-Sterne Hotel vorstellen würde
Pros:

Die Lage ist Klasse. Man ist direkt im Zentrum von Litochoro und hat auch noch vor dem Hotel einen Parkplatz, der ausschließlich von den Gästen genutzt werden kann. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und überdurchschnittlich gut, wenn auch nicht immer frisch. Mein Käse hatte zum Beispiel trockene Ränder.

Cons:

Sauberkeit und der Zustand der Ausstattung sind definitiv problematisch. Das gesamte Hotel wirkt in die Jahre gekommen, was man am deutlichsten auf dem eigenen Zimmer sieht. Der im Zimmer verlegte Laminat ist teilweise aufgeplatzt, die Minibar im Zimmer ist super laut, die Klimaanlage müsste eigentlich bei geschlossenem Fenster funktionieren, tut sie aber nicht. Leider konnten wir aber auch nicht das Fenster auflassen, da die Wärmepumpe des Nachbarn zu allen straßenzeitigen Zimmern sehr laut ist und das auch nachts. Die Matratzen sind, wie schon von mehreren Gästen bemängelt, durchgelegen und und und. Ich könnte hier noch mehr Punkte anbringen aber ich glaube jeder der das liest versteht worauf ich hinaus will. Sauberkeit war auch ein riesiges Problem. In unserem Zimmer war unter dem Bett und auf den Nachttischen alles staubig. In Badezimmer steht das Wasser in den Klobürste Halterungen und es roch leicht nach Urin. Weder das Waschbecken noch die Dusche wurden vor unserer Ankunft vernünftig gereinigt, was man gut an den Kalkflecken sehen konnte.

Für einen Kurztrip OK
Pros:

Es gab Parkplatz vor Ort. Das Frühstück war gut und auch lokal. Das Personal sehr net. Den Pool und die Sauna hat man für sich , wenn man reserviert. Es gibt Hausschlappen und Bademäntel auf dem Zimmer. Vom dritten Stock aus eine wunderschöne Aussicht.

Cons:

Schalldämmung ist nicht vorhanden. Bett und die Bänke beim Frühstück sind durchgesessen. Kamin konnte man nicht nutzen. Pool/Sauna könnte öfter gereinigt werden. Allgemeiner Zustand des Hotels bedarf einer Renovierung.

Pros:

Even though the hotel is a little outdated, it is comfortable, quiet, conveniently located (easy parking) and offers a good Greek breakfast. We particularly loved the fireplace, jacuzzi, coffee machine and fridge in the room, and the indoor pool for private daily use.

Cons:

Sauna was not always hot enough despite reservation. We would have preferred to see the fireplace rather than a tv screen running in the lobby area.
