Pros:

La amplitud del cuarto y la vista a la calle

Cons:

Solo hubo agua caliente unas horas y el último día cortaron el agua, la arreglaron horas después pero se seguía llendo la presión y el agua siguió fría

Lots of reviews talk about the traffic noise. It really isn't that bad. Yes, you can hear the street and the crosswalk, but it's muffled with the windows closed and earplugs do the job when you're ready to sleep.
My room was clean; basic and a bit dated but spacious with a nice big bed. Everything in the room worked fine, including the shower with good pressure and hot water. The location was great, walking distance to downtown and shopping and right next to the bus stop for the hotel zone and the beaches.

Cons:

The hotel has a serious mosquito problem. They were everywhere, in the shower with me, eating my ankles while I worked at my laptop, I counted 6 of them around my head as I lay in bed.
Mosquitoes are to be expected in this climate, but there are ways to deal with it. I asked reception if they had a spray for my room, but they'd given their last can of spray to another guest, I had to buy my own. I didn't want to spend 100 pesos on a big can of spray which would ultimately be left in the room, so I got eaten instead.
Mosquitoes are to be expected; but expecting some guests to provide their own solution while other guests got it dealt with was a bit cheeky. If the hotel knows there's an issue, then offer a solution to all guests, not a first come first served basis.

La atención por mensaje parq nuestra llegada ya que llegabamos despues de la hora de check in , fueron muy amables en indicarnos donde podíamos cenar algo al llegar a Cancun y en darnos indicaciones de como ingresar a la propiedad ya que ya no habría nadie para recibirnos

Íbamos un poco cargados y no habia elevador , pero en general todo bien

nada ,son las 3;07 y no dejan dormir,ahora no hay nadie en recepción ni quien te solicite apoyo con eso la verdad para mí fue muy mala no se los recomiendo de verdad,pésimo todo

El lugar es muy limpio, amplio, seguro y el personal da buena atención.

Cons:

Solo cuenta con dos cajones de estacionamiento y el tema de la facturacion es malo. La factura te prometen enviarla hasta que hagas el check out cuando debería ser enviada después de realizar el pago correspondiente deben trabajar en ello.

Lugar muy Cómodo y seguro.

Todo estuvo excelente!
El lugar es céntrico y muy limpio y con mucha seguridad. Lo recomendamos.

Cons:

El ruido de una placa de metal en la avenida fue molesto por el continuo paso de los carros, de ahí en fuera todo súper muchas gracias.
