Decepcionado de la higiene.
Pros:

Los jóvenes de la rcepción son muy amables y atentos, excelente servicio.

Cons:

La limpieza da mucho.que desear, no lavan los baños, no barren.laa habitaciones solo la trapeando y no colocan papel en el sanitario.
Todo sucio pésimo el servicio de limpieza.

Hay demasiado zancudos por el pasillo en las habitaciones por los corredores muchos zancudos en los baños!! No se debe como aplicar algún veneno que pueda mantener la zona un poco limpia de tanta plaga se sobreentiende que quizás es por sargazo pero hagan algo para limpiar por menos

ES UN CUARTO DE HABITACIÓN DEMASIADO RUIDOSO, reserve 5 días... Y me fui la primera noche porque no pude dormir y a las 5 am los claxon de los camiones y autos, comienzan a sonar.

Cons:

El ruido y el personal muy grosero, le dije que si me podían cambiar de habitación por el ruido y me dijo que ese era el precio que se paga por estar cerca de la zona hotelera... Muy déspota y grosero. Aparte instalaciones viejas, un baño sin ventilación

Mosquito Infestation Room 109
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, central location short walk from everything in the city.

Cons:

I was moved from my previous room to a new room because I booked a different category. Which is ok for me. The new room was infested by mosquitoes. Not few ones coming from outside, but were from an obviously infestation inside the room itself. After complaining and suffering to discuss this using google translate. A cleaning lady came to spray the room with very few sprays that barely killed a few mosquitos , like 10, and there were still many. I just asked them to give me just an Insecticide and I will suffer to solve the problem, they told me I should get one on my own. After I suffered a couple of bites in a few mins, I went to a supermarket and got one. Sprayed the room intensively. And kept on spraying it for two days whenever I am going out. Which was effective to secure my two days stay.

However, I am sure they will pop up to new guests.

The heavily infested room is 109

Also all rooms on the street are incredibly noisy. I was stuck in the hotel as I had to do a trip and didn't have the option to change hotels.
