So glad we stayed here we look forward to a return.
Pros:

We enjoyed our trip to Chester so much. Our hotel was wonderful. A warm welcome, fresh food & our room was clean and well presented. We had parking and staff were professional and were attentive to our needs. Before leaving in the morning, we enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast.

Nothing to complain about.

Pros:

Staff were really friendly. Good value for money as included a great breakfast with lots of options. A 20 minute walk into the centre of Chester. Rooms spacious and had everything you needed, good value for money.

Great room, food and location
Pros:

The location was great. Quiet side street but a decent walk into the centre of Chester.
Comfortable large bed (but a bit squeaky on my side!)
The breakfasts were excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Card machine wasn't working so hadn't walk to local shops to withdraw cash. But staff very apologetic.
