Buena relación precio calidad
Pros:

El complejo es muy lindo la salida a la playa es excelente. El departamento cómodo, con buenos electrodomésticos ,buenos colchones .La cochera cómoda para estacionar.

À 2 pas de la plage !
Pros:

Appartement très bien situé ! On descend, on sort à la piscine et à deux pas vous avez les pieds dans le sable ! La résidence est très belle ! Un grand + pour la petite supérette au sein même de l’immeuble. Le logement est très spacieux ! La vue est néanmoins ni sur la baie , ni sur la mer mais face à l’immeuble d’en face.
La grande cuisine est très appréciable avec tout le nécessaire. La literie très confortable. Parking souterrain gratuit.

The advertisement was false I booked for ocean view, which there was none. There was mold coming out of the ac vent. The property was old and not up kept

The refrigerator no ice the room had hair in bath tub when arrives sand it seemed it wasn’t cleaned properly

The location I must say was very good but besides that you can not take nothing to the beach they want to force you to buy food which you might do anyways but it shouldn’t be force and say 2 chairs is included but you have to pay for umbrella I didn’t like it I k os we have rules and you have to follow it but not being able to take not Evan a small coole with soda for me I it was not necessary for all that

And when checking in the elevators were not working 1 service elevator and the lobby one was such a long waiting it was ridiculous really
