Estava tudo muito arrumado e tiveram a amabilidade de nos deixar fazer o check-in mais cedo, sem nos terem cobrado qualquer taxa.

Sul Booking quando facevo prenotazione ce scritto COLAZIONE INCLUSA NEL PREZZO invece mi hanno fatto pagare 20€ in più per la colazione,questo non lo trovo giusto dovrebbero scrivere colazione si paga a parte,non colazione inclusa nell prezzo questo mi sembra una truffa…tutto resto era perfetto

Perfektes Hotel für Veranstaltungen im Gasometer!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben den Gasometern (50m) im Einkaufsviertel und auch keine 200m von der Ubahnstation Gasometer U3. Das perfekte Hotel zum Übernachten, wenn man zu einem Konzert gehen möchte, das in der Raifeisenhalle im Gasometer stattfindet. Da die Ubahnstation auch sehr nahe gelegen ist, eignet sich die Unterkunft auch hervorragend für die Standard Sightseeing Touren in der Innenstadt. Die Umgebung war überraschend sehr leise. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, mit sehr freundlichen Personal und mit einem sehr vielfältigen und guten Frühstücksbuffet. Mein Standardzimmer war sauber und gepflegt.

Cons:

Ich hatte nichts zum Kritisieren.

Insgesamt eine gute Wahl für Besuche im Gasometer und dank der sehr guten U-Bahn-Anbindung auch ein idealer Ausgangspunk
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz ist durch die U3 ausgezeichnet; die U-Bahn-Station ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Für Besuche im Gasometer ist das Hotel besonders praktisch, außerdem befinden sich einige Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Überraschend war auch, wie ruhig die Umgebung rund um das Hotel trotz der guten Lage ist.

Der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Besonders positiv war, dass wir unser gebuchtes Zimmer bereits vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit beziehen konnten. Das Personal war dabei freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist modern und völlig ausreichend. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir konnten gut schlafen. Auch die Klimaanlage ließ sich gut regulieren, sodass die Temperatur im Zimmer angenehm eingestellt werden konnte. Praktisch fanden wir außerdem, dass sowohl die Zimmertür als auch der Hoteleingang mit der Zimmerkarte oder alternativ mit dem Handy geöffnet werden konnten.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, wodurch Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern teilweise wahrnehmbar waren.

Der WC-Sitz war relativ niedrig montiert und im Bad fehlt ein Waschbecken – das ist allerdings eher ein kleiner Kritikpunkt auf hohem Niveau.

Bei unserer Ankunft waren am Boden noch leichte Seifenrückstände zu sehen. Ansonsten war das Zimmer jedoch sauber.
