ابداء اولا من موظفة الاستقبال راقيه وتعامل رائع وصاحب الفندق متفاني وخدوم ثانيا الفندق ينقلك الى العصور القديمة الجميلة فيه عبق الماضي الكلاسيكي لمن يبحث عن مثل هذا النوع من السكن الافطار متنوع وكذلك العشاءمتنوع يناسب جميع الاذواق والاعراق ناهيك عن وجود سناك وقهوة فترة مابعد الظهيرة

Kostengünstige Übernachtung für 1-2 Tage.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Radweg im Zentrum von Bruck/Glocknerstraße.
Rezeption ist nicht den ganzen Tag besetzt, aber wir bekamen eine Email, dass das Einchecken ab 14 Uhr möglich sei.
Leider sind wir dann mit dem PKW nochmals weggefahren und am Abend war der kleine Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel komplett voll, wir haben dann aber in der Kurzparkzone in Hotelnähe parken können.

Cons:

Die Begrüßung durch den Kellner bei der Ankunft war leider nicht sehr freundlich.

كانت إقامة جميله والشكر لصاحب الفندق وموظفة الاستقبال قمة في الاخلاق والاحترام والخدمه

Cons:

كل شي جميل ربما حصل سوء فهم من مشرف المطعم لعدم احترافيته ولكن موظفة الاستقبال قدمت اعتذارها

Pros:

Snídaně i večeře výborná. Velký výběr. Vyhovovala nám rezervace stále stejného stolu. Parkování hned u hotelu. Výhled na řeku hory a kostel. Hned za kostelem možnost s dětmi navštívit stáj se zvířaty (bylo jaro takže se ten den narodila hříbata i jehňata). Hrací automat v restauraci se moc líbil dětem. Karta mobility, veřejná doprava zdarma a slevy na lanovky.

Cons:

Mohla být lepší komunikace mezi personálem - například první den jsme žádali o uklizení nedopalků cigaret z balkonu, bylo slíbeno, že bude další den, zůstaly tam do konce pobytu; žádali jsme o umístění chladící kostky do mrazáku, byla v lednici; večer před odjezdem jsme hlásili, že naše auto je už pár dnů zablokované jiným, prý bude do 9 hodin pryč, ráno jsme museli opět upozorňovat. Svačina - polévka - super nápad, ale chybělo pití, alespoň čistá voda, čaj. Hromadná doprava nejezdila tak často jak bychom potřebovali a byl vždy nutný přestup abychom se dostali na místa která jsme chtěli navštívit, ale zas nižší cena ubytování. Zavřená dětská hřiště, ale to je celkově problém v Rakousku podzim/zima/jaro.

Ugodan boravak u teško izgovorivom lijepom mjestu
Pros:

Lokacija (blizina svega) i pogled na rijeku.
Također I vrlo ljubazno osoblje. Od recepcije, pa nadalje.

Cons:

Bila je prilična gužva s parkingom, iako se na kraju sve riješilo, ali bilo je malo stresa.

Die Lage ist super und das täglich der Wellnessbereich geöffnet hat

Cons:

Matratze durchgelegen, Wände dreckig/abgewohnt, WC auf dem Flur ohne Handwaschbecken und WC-Papier wurde nicht aufgefüllt

Pros:

Kedves személyzet, nagyon finom, bőséges reggeli és svédasztalos nagyon finom és változatos vacsora. A szoba nagyon tiszta volt, kenyelmes ággyal. Közel van Kaprun, mégis csendes és szép kis falu. A parkolót először nehezen találtuk, Kaprun felől érkezve már a szálloda előtt be kell kanyarodni a patak partra.
