The carpet was very dated & stained
I liked the order and cleanliness in the room.
I didn't like the sound it makes when turning on the air conditioning, it's too loud and my family and I couldn't rest. I also didn't like that when we asked if we could use the pool they told us that it was open at all hours and when we wanted to go they told us that they had just closed.
I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The cleaning ladies that I interacted with were very helpful.
The one thing I thought wasn’t quite reasonable was the late checkout time. I had asked about a late checkout time due to the fact that I was taking a shuttle home (1.5 hours away). I was given an hour later. Though I understand the need to be ready for the next guest to arrive, I was hoping for a later checkout period. The staff did accommodate by allowing me to remain at the hotel lobby with the option of placing my luggage in a secure room until I was picked up by the shuttle.
Room overall was ok. Had sticky spots on carpet.
Coffee was weak. I think there was a pool? We should be told about such things.
The bed was comfortable and room was clean

The room was quite fine, clean and comfortable.
The tub does not drain and took more than an hour to empty. My biggest complaint, however, is that the guest services says there is a business centre. There is not and this was very inconvenient. And why not have something more than a coffee and apple when guests leave early for the airport. It's so easy to offer a few power bars, flor example, an bananas..anything more. I would probably not stay at the Sandman again because of these two things.
Everything was amazing except the loudness of the air conditioner unit, it was extremely loud. This would prevent me from staying again.
The location and hotel and staff are amazing, but it is not amazing when the air conditioner is so loud you can't sleep :(

Plus it's a nice hotel with nice rooms.
I'm being picky but milk with the complimentary coffee would sure be appreciated.
Coffeemate is gross and contains known carcinogens.
You have the little cups of cream so why not milk?

Vending machine didn't work.tv in bed room was not set right. Pool and hot tub odd place.
It was very clean
Pool was not open. Ac didn’t work. Told the staff 3 times and nobody came to fix it .
