Pros:

Excelente atendimento, funcionarios bastante simpáticos e check-in e check-out com bastante rapidez.Hotel muito bonito com boa localização.

Cons:

O estacionamento é muito pequeno,da para poucos carros. A limpeza especialmente na casa de banho deixa um pouco a desejar na zona do chuveiro com algum tipo de bolor.
Reservamos com uma cama de casal grande e deram duas camas de solteiro juntas que eram bastante desconfortáveis. Para um hotel de 4 estrelas deixa um pouco a desejar.

Boa experiência para surpresa de aniversário!
Pros:

O que mais gostamos foi a simpatia dos funcionários do hotel, inclusive no facto de oferecerem um espumante devido à data de celebração do meu namorado.
O facto de ter parque de estacionamento também nos agradou, assim como a variedade oferecida no pequeno almoço.
No geral, o hotel era muito bonito e agradável

Cons:

A cabine do chuveiro era muito pequena. Além disso, as camas eram separadas, o que desconforta o momento da dormida.

A pior até hoje
Cons:

Foi péssima a experiência. De noite barulho nos corredores. E depois de manhã fomos tomar o pequeno almoço e ficamos sem luz no quarto. As empregadas da limpeza entretanto vieram ao quarto fazer a limpeza,que sentido tem incomodar os hóspedes se a estadia era de uma noite,deviam estar informadas sobre tal. Preço muito caro para a qualidade do hotel ,sem duvida que não merece as estrelas que tem.
