Expensive and disappointing. Would not recommend the hotel to a friend.
Pros:

Bar staff was friendly.
Valet service efficient.

Cons:

Heat in the room only started at 6 pm - insufficient and very noisy ventilation.
Bar / restaurant had inconvenient hours - closed at 9pm.
Shower area not clean and shower did not function properly - At least we had hot water.
Room amenities were minimal.

Great except one thing
Pros:

The hotel was very nice, staff was great. Walking distance to many things

Cons:

The noise outside was a little too much woke us up all throughout the night. It was directly facing the highway. Cars beeping, accelerating.

For cruisers it’s one of the best hotels in the area
Pros:

Very nice amenities & able to enjoy them until the room was available. Early check in was accommodated. Room was huge compared to other hotels nearby.

Cons:

No ice machine. You have to call front desk for delivery.

Very nice hotel.
Pros:

The rooms were fabulous. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind. Madeline, the front desk clerk, let me check in extremely early.

Cons:

The restaurant was pricey. They automatically charge each person 22% “service charge.” I did see that there was a “service charge” before I received the check.

La vista y la tranquilidad

Cons:

Que las cosas de comer y de beber que habían en la habitación no había un cartel que dijera que había que pagarlas si las cogia y entonces viene uno y piensa que está incluido con la habitación, deberían poner un cartel que diga el precio de las cosas y que cada cosa que cojan se tiene que pagar después

MUY DESCUIDADO !!!
Pros:

Hotel muy descuidado, las mesas del restaurante están sin mantenimiento, el piso del baño manchado o sucio, los accesorios del baño sucios .... realmente, no recomendaria este hotel a este alto costo de casi USD$500 por noche. Adicionalmente, no logre que me entregraran la factura y hasta el momento NO la recibi en mi correo.

Tile on pool deck popping up and almost sliced open my foot jammed my toe instead. Had absolutely nothing offered on menu in stock. Check in was the worst ever over a hour and a half past the time they told me. Wish I could receive a refund
