Mycket bra hotell, med proffsig och vänlig personal
Pros:

Rumnen var stora med alla tänkbara tilhörigheter, det varmt och ombonat och du kunde reglera värmen själv i alla rum. Personalen var outstanding...Jag kände mig välkommen från dag 1.

Cons:

Fanns tyvärr ingen bar 😉

Pros:

recently stayed at this hotel and overall the facilities were good and the property itself was comfortable. The room was clean and the general condition of the hotel met expectations.

Cons:

However, my experience with the staff was disappointing. I arrived very late at around 12 00 AM, and naturally I was extremely tired. Despite this, when I requested a slightly later checkout, my request was declined without flexibility.

Hotel was excellent
The staff were very helpful.
The location was great for the train station and hop on hop off bus stop just around the corner .
Breakfast was a buffet style with plenty of choice
Apartyment suite was lovely

شقة فندقية جميلة و نظيفة في موقع جيد بجانب نحو القطار وأمام مول طنجة سيتي وقريبة من البحر مواقف سيارة متوفرة في البدروم وافطار لا بأس به

صالة الإفطار جيدة لكن لو كان الفندق مزدحم أتوقع لا تلبي العدد

Luxury stay next to train station
Pros:

Very spacious with Kitchen, lounge area, big comfortable bed & bathroom with plenty of hot water
Very close to main train station
Washing machine
Hotel has on site dining and good breakfast was included in our deal. Staff were wonderful too.

Cons:

Had to ask for towels
Only got one pair of complementary slippers
Kitchen had no cleaning products or tea / drying towels
No clothes rack to use with washing machine ( may have provided if we asked for it?) BUT we loved our stay

Pros:

Tout était parfait ! Et puisque je voyagais pour les 14 ans de ma fille le jour de son anniversaire, le personnel avait préparé une surprise incroyable avec un gateau une bougie des petales de rose des ballons un petit mot et des pralines ! Ils étaient vraiment investis et heureux de nous offrir ce moment ! Le personnel a ete remarquable

Bien localizado.

Cons:

No había toallas para el suelo del baño, al día siguiente pedimos toallas y directamente no nos dejaron ninguna, tuve que volver a pedirlas y esperar 30 min, ninguna disculpa ni seguimiento de la petición. Sábanas sucias, tuve que pedir que me las cambiaran, se filtraba agua de la bañera al suelo, creando grandes charcos que sin toalla de pies, casi me provocan varias caídas. El dispensador de gel tenía pelos del cliente anterior y estaba roto, tuve que pedir que lo arreglaran.
Desayuno buffet escaso en variedad.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is very convenient, right next to the train station and easy to reach. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience.
