Klasse hotel!
Pros:

Geweldig hotel, schitterende kamer, ontzettend goed restaurant en wat een goede sfeer straalt dit hotel uit. bedden waar je helemaal in wegploft echt zo goed geslapen en een zeer ruime badkamer zeer trendy allemaal, kleine koffiehoek met Nespresso koffie op de kamer. 10+

不开心的住宿体验
Pros:

就近有餐厅餐食良好，房间空間夠大

Cons:

1.很糟的是房間在二楼没电梯。2. 雪季上下行里不能开到入住楼栋。拖着很长的路且有大坡度极其不方便。酒店没考虑客户需求实在是管理上欠佳。3. 酒店位置不好找。

Hotel nuovo, raffinato ed elegante ma attenzione alla scelta delle camere

La posizione, l’arredamento della camera, gli accessori in bagno, la grandezza del letto.

Cons:

La posizione della camera che praticamente era di fronte alla via di passaggio delle persone e al ristorante dell’albergo. Se non tiravi giù la tenda le persone potevano vedere dentro la camera e dovendo tirare giù la tenda là camera era parecchio buio. Occorre capire bene prima di prenotare che stanza ti danno

极度不负责任，疑似歧视中国客人，强烈不推荐！
我在房间遗留三件衣物，当晚致电前台，男员工立刻确认我的灰色羊绒开衫在酒店。
之后我多次发邮件、打电话，均被无视、敷衍，承诺回复从不兑现。
连 Booking 平台官方电话都被屏蔽无法接通，邮件也不回复。

三件衣服明明放在同一个衣柜，最后酒店只找到两件不值钱的，当晚明确确认的灰色羊绒开衫离奇消失。
在我温和沟通时全程装死，直到我提出可能存在国籍歧视、区别对待后，酒店才终于回复。这种态度让人极度不适、无法信任。

酒店不认真查找失物，反而歪曲事实、推卸责任，对中国客人态度冷漠、敷衍拖延，完全没有基本职业素养。
对客人财物极不负责，毫无安全感，强烈不推荐任何中国游客入住！

Extremely irresponsible, suspected discrimination against Chinese guests. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED!
I left three pieces of clothing in my room. On the same night, a male front desk staff immediately confirmed that my grey cashmere cardigan was at the hotel.

After that, I sent emails and called many times but was ignored and given empty promises.
Even Booking.com’s official calls could not connect and emails received no reply.

All three items were left in the same wardrobe, but the hotel only returned two low-value ones.
The grey cashmere cardigan confirmed by staff that night mysteriously disappeared.

The hotel ignored me for a long time when I communicated politely.
Only after I mentioned suspected discrimination based on nationality did they finally reply.
This behavior is unacceptable and makes me feel disrespected.

The hotel distorts facts, shifts responsibility, and shows extreme disrespect to Chinese guests.
They are extremely irresponsible with guests’ belongings.
Strongly not recommended for any Chinese travelers!

Très jolie hôtel
Pros:

Très jolie hôtel et magnifique chambre. Nous avons séjourné en étage dans une junior suite, le lit était très confortable. Cependant un peu moins d’intimité si vous êtes au rez-de-chaussée comme les gens peuvent se balader sur la terrasse.
Il y a pas mal de places gratuites réservées pour l’hôtel juste devant.
Le personnel est adorable et le restaurant très bon avec une superbe cave à vin pour les amateurs.
Emplacement idéal pour visiter Henningsvaer.
