Pros:

Great location. Beautiful rooms and the checkin was quick and easy. Great bed and new nice interior.

Cons:

The room does not have a TV.

The restaurant had good food, but the meal we ordered was cold when we got it. The restaurant was not busy at the time.

非常不满意的点：1、吃早餐时，我跟服务员说来两杯拿铁。在check out时，说我要了咖啡，需要支付一百多克朗，我着急走，付给他们了。非常不满意的是，1早餐时间的咖啡为什么会收费，2，为什么收费不提前告知。另外不满意的点，门口充电桩该如何使用，酒店有义务了解。退房离开时候，充电桩拔不出来，用了一小时时间自己琢磨，店员完全不懂不帮忙。
