Ok men inte bättre. Gotlänningar måste jobba med service och bemötande.

Cons:

Personal var inte särskilt trevlig, kanske trötta på turister. Påpekade städning. Vid kontakt fick jag veta att de skulle dagen göra en ordentlig genom städning. När vi kom hem var det fortfarande saker kvar som vi påtalat som inte tillhörde oss. Detta boende borde inte ha 4 stjärnor när det överlag var dåligt städat. Om vi jämför med fastlandet så håller 4 stjärniga hotell betydligt högre standard. Det är andra gången på Gotland som vi upplever samma.

Pros:

Frukosten var helt ok, den innehöll det man kan förvänta sig av en frukost.
Minus var att inte brödet var färskt utan tinat med is mitten. Det ligger ett bageri 200 meter i från som hade löst det hela.
Sängen var super skön och läget är toppen!

Cons:

Duschen var tyvärr igensatt med kalk så det gav en stråle och ett tryck som kan likställas med droppande.
Dörren till rummet släppte in ljud från hallen, att brödet vid frukosten inte var helt tinat eller dagsfärskt.
Hög ljudnivå på frukosten, kiak gärna lite mer på att öka mysighetsfaktorn på frukosten.

Läget å bra frukost😋 Sköna sängar!

Cons:

Skulle beställa frukost påse till dagen efter, sa till kl 14 men då var det för sent🤔 Dåligt! Omöjligt att få frukost påse om man bor en natt alltså 🙀

Top noch!
Pros:

Supertrevligt hotell med vackra rum och allmänna utrymmen, trevlig personal samt ordning, lugn och tystnad under kvällar/nätter. Och frukosten var verkligen suverän!

Cons:

Kallis. Aamiainen ei odotetun tasoinen. Huonosti siivottu. Lupaus oli että peti pedataan joka päivä ja pyyhkeet vaihdetaan, ei tehty kuin yhtenä aamuna neljästä.
